I am in Wayne and had a few shingles come loose after a rough wind. The roofer from Detroit Roofers of Canton gave me a fair price for shingle replacement and did not try to talk me into anything bigger. He was direct, which I appreciate. The roofing work was done fast, and they cleaned the porch before leaving.

We had skylight repair done in Canton after condensation and a little staining showed around the trim. Detroit Roofers of Canton sent a roofer who checked the seal and the nearby shingles before explaining the fix. They protected the floor underneath while they worked. The roofing repair was tidy and focused.

Our Westland rental had water coming in near a back room light, and I needed a roofing company that would communicate without me standing there. The roofer called before doing the roof leak repair, explained what he found, and stayed within the approved work. He sent a simple update when it was finished. The tenant said they cleaned up well too.

Detroit Roofers of Canton replaced a flat roof section over our shop storage area after repeated patching stopped making sense. The roofing contractor planned the work so deliveries could still come through the rear door. They removed the failing section, completed the flat roof replacement, and kept the work area marked off. There was one weather delay, but they called early and adjusted the schedule. That matters when you are trying to keep a business running. The crew was practical and did not overcomplicate the explanation.

I had Detroit Roofers of Canton come out for roof maintenance because one valley kept collecting leaves and grit. The roofer cleared the debris, found a worn seal nearby, and handled a roof repair before it turned into a leak. He showed me pictures, which helped. No scare tactics, just useful information.

The trim under our roof edge had started pulling loose, and I kept finding bits of paint in the landscaping. Detroit Roofers of Canton sent a roofer who found moisture behind the fascia and recommended soffit and fascia repair with a limited roof repair above it. He showed us the soft area before anything was added. The work was neat, and the crew was careful around the front beds. It felt like they fixed the cause, not just the part we could see.

We chose Detroit Roofers of Canton for roof replacement after a home energy contractor pointed out how poor the attic airflow was. The roof was already aging, but the ventilation issue pushed us to stop delaying it. Their roofing contractor broke down the estimate clearly, including ventilation installation, so we understood what was being changed and why.

Our Plymouth house had a leak that only showed during hard wind and rain. The roofer traced it to a chimney flashing repair instead of guessing from the inside stain. He explained the water path in normal language and kept the roofing work focused. The repair looked clean from the ground. I liked that he took the time to check the older trim nearby.

We had Detroit Roofers of Canton check a chimney flashing after noticing light water marks. The roofer sealed the weak point, reinforced a seam, and shared quick before-and-after photos. The next rain confirmed it worked.
