Free inspection after a neighbor mentioned storm damage we hadn't noticed. Found hail bruising on three sections we had no idea about, helped us file the insurance claim, and had everything done in two days. Paid our deductible and nothing else.

We replaced a 19-year-old roof after noticing granule buildup and soft spots near the eaves. They came out fast, walked us through the options clearly, and had everything done in two days with Owens Corning Duration shingles. The quote was fair, the timeline held, and the cleanup was thorough each evening. Really glad we went with them.

What can I say about this roofing company other than USE THEM! If you want the best around, these are your guys! The owner is such a great guy and will make your roof dream happen within a reasonable time and price. These guys are wonderful and respectful of you and your property; they take the time to answer any questions. The project manager and the lead roofer are excellent guys, and I was sad to see them leave. They kept the house clean while they worked and knew how to have fun while doing it. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Thanks to the project manager, lead roofer, owner, and supervisor for your hard work and dedication to your clients!

Hi Lauren, what a delight to hear words of appreciation from you! 🏠 We are elated to know you were impressed by our punctual and meticulous crew. Your satisfaction with our planning and execution means the world to us. Thank you for choosing DeSantis Roofing! …

Commercial GAF TPO Roof Replacement in Orlando’s SODO District DeSantis Roofing recently completed a large-scale commercial flat roof replacement in the SODO district of Orlando, upgrading a mixed-use building with a premium GAF TPO roofing system. Commercial projects of this size require precise logistical planning and strict safety protocols to avoid disrupting the businesses and residents below. Our crews safely navigated the extensive square footage, meticulously detailing the new membrane around dozens of heavy rooftop HVAC units, exhaust vents, and mechanical curbs. Every seam was hot-air welded to create a completely watertight, continuous barrier. We upgraded the property to a highly reflective, white GAF TPO membrane. This material not only provides outstanding durability against the Florida weather but also significantly improves the building's energy efficiency. The reflective surface bounces solar heat away from the structure, helping to lower cooling costs for the entire complex. If you manage a commercial property or mixed-use facility in Central Florida, protecting your investment with a reliable exterior is essential.
