  This is my 3rd roof/gutter replacement with DePalma. I was glad they accepted this 3rd job. A few years ago they replaced a complicated roof and gutters on my residence, then hail storm resulted in aother roof on on a rental property needing replacement, and now a roof on another rental property needed replaced. Getting a roof replaced requires a level of trust that on the front-end there is an honest and thorough assessment of any damage and boards that may need replaced before the actual new roof goes on and then of course the installation of the new roof needs to be done properly. Through direct experience I trust DePalma’s integrity on assessing what needs to be done and then doing it right. In addition to the quality of the finished work Depalma’s workmanship during the process is impressive - they respect the property, carefully cleanup as they work through the process they are very professional through every step. Thank you, DePalma.

  We experienced minor roof/gutter damage from the July 4, 2026 storms that blew through Cumberland County. Given the great work on the new roof installation earlier in 2026, I immediately called DePalma Roofing and asked them to provide an estimate. Chris responded timely, provided a reasonable estimate and ultimately was part of the repair team. I appreciate DePalma's attention to detail and great communication about all aspects of the job. I will certainly use DePalma Roofing for any future roofing needs.

  The team replacing our roof was fantastic. They showed up on time, worked through one of the hottest days of the summer, and were curtious and diligent. The team replacing the gutters showed up early and got done early and everything looks and works great! Very happy we went with DePalma!!

  My partners and I put a bid out for 5 roof replacements at various single-family rental properties. Here is a summary regarding the winning bidder, the reason we selected them, and their follow-up performance. 5 roofing contractors were assessed including local companies and a Lancaster-based roofer. The bids were assessed on; (1) price, (2) quality of materials and warranties for shingles, weather damage, staining, and workmanship, (3) scope of work and any additional costs including flashing, replacement of sheathing, boots, gutters, soffits, (4) work process including tear-off, protection of surrounding landscaping, AC units, and sheds, impact to tenants, and clean-up. Significant research was done on the shingles as product quality and associated warranties varied significantly between contractors and between the different packages offered by each contractor. Where contractors offered budget through premium priced packages, we selected a medium-high quality of shingle to ensure the integrity of our roofs and a fair price comparison. I don’t think it’s appropriate to share the names of the other bidders, but there was one hands-down winner – Depalma Roofing & Construction in Dillsburg, PA. The reasons we picked Depalma were simple; in addition to being a well-established local company with an A+ Better Business Bureau rating they offered a comprehensive process and the best overall warranties for shingles and workmanship at one of the best prices we received from multiple bidders. We could have opted for Depalma’s budget package which would have made them the best priced bid, but we selected their PRO package which gave us a higher grade of shingle, cap, weather shield, and associated materials, plus a 50-year material warranty, 25-year staining warranty (vs. most others at 10-15 years), and a 25-year workmanship warranty (vs. others at none-10 years). In addition, these warranties transfer to another owner for 10 years after installation (vs. others at 0-
