Rescheduled 30 minutes before my first scheduled appointment. Blamed estimating tools on a computer. What ever did we do before computers? Poor excuse. Bad business.

Hi Nelson, We completely understand your frustration with the last-minute reschedule, and apologize for the inconvenience. Our estimator experienced a critical technical issue, and per company protocol, was called back to the office to resolve it so we could continue providing accurate and professional service for the rest of the day. We reached out promptly to reschedule and make it right, but it was clear you were no longer open to continuing the process. We regret that we didn’t have the opportunity to earn your business. If you'd be open to giving us another chance, we’d be happy to reschedule at your convenience.

The entire team from the time I met them at the Lehigh Valley home show through the installation of a new roof at my business, was communicative, professional, and honest. The project was completed on time, and they cleaned up beautifully …

These guys are absolutely top-notch professionals. I am so impressed with our crew. Jovani was keeping us informed while I was laid up in the hospital. Our home is SO hard to access the roof. Landscaping, hardscaping, mature trees, steep pitches, rounded wrap-around porches, fencing. High traffic, right in the middle of town. They did a fantastic job. It feels like they treated us as if it were their own home. Our new roof is beautiful. We are so happy with the entire experience.

DePalma Roofing repaired my garage roof from storm damage. It wasn't a big job, however Chris evaluated the job as if it was a major project. He was very professional, listened to my comments and answered my questions. He also showed up when he said he would and completed the estimate in a short period of time. Amber was excellent at keeping me updated on the project through completion. Everyone in the office wasvery pleasant and professional. The project was done as promised with excellent workmanship. I would recommend this company for consideration of any roofing project.

Let me start off by saying WOW! What an amazing job they did! We have a fairly complex roof, so we wanted a company who had lots of experience. With our roof's complexity, we thought it would take more than a day to have the roof and skylights replaced. To our surprise, they sent out a crew of approximately 25 guys and got the job done in one day! Everyone was great to deal with from getting an estimate, scheduling, communication, replacement and clean up. We can't say enough good things about DePalma. We highly recommend them! Thank you for being so wonderful! We love our new roof!

DePalma Roofing and Construction is a great company and we highly recommend them. We recently had our gutters replaced. Steve was extremely prompt in providing an estimate and having the project scheduled by their team. They are great about providing updates along the way.

Was extremely happy with the whole process from estimate to completion. The price was more than fair and the lower than other companies. They were honest up front about whether or not I should do a partial re-siding Or whole house. Other competitors did not want to do a partial job and pushed for me to re-side the whole house. They were very efficient and cleaned up nicely when the job was complete. The communication from the office was friendly, fast, and also clear as to when the project would start. Highly recommend and will give out their name to anyone who asks.
