Denver Roofers LLC

The only one or two-star review we hold for Denver Roofers LLC.

Waste of our time. We were told he wouldn't take the job because of "liability, because the houses were too close together". First of all... he said he would be there at 2:30pm, but showed more than half an hour early and one of us just happened to be there to let him in. Second, when we spoke two days prior he said he would be looking at satellite images of the roof and house before he even came over so he knew what he was getting into. Third, his offices are located in the same neighborhood about 2 blocks away from our house., he should already be VERY familiar with the close proximity of houses in the Baker neighborhood and if he was a professional he should have been able to address this in advance. Thanks for wasting our time with your incompetence!

Perfect execution from start to finish. Dave and his team went over options and expectations on the front end which made the process very smooth. I'm really impressed with Denver Roofers. Communication was clear and timely from the start, and the work was done fast and right. They were extremely professional and reliable--extra great since I needed this done to close on my home on time! I've heard roofing horror stories and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company.
