I commissioned this company for a roof inspection and was deeply disappointed. One of their employees, Terry, claimed the entire roof needed to be replaced. The seller’s roofer said that the roof was fine. When asked to stand by his quote, …

Contacted this business for a roof inspection. Terry the salesman contacted me. I advised Terry it is a 2 story building and it needs a long ladder. Ever since I said that, I don't hear from Terry any more. I followed up several days later, Terry said he needs to borrow a ladder from a foreman so he can stop by. He advised me to contact him the following day. I did, no answer. I am wondering what kind of roofing company is this when there is no ladder? It is clear Terry may think the project is small and does not meet their $10,000 minimum. If this were the case, the only thing Terry needs to do is to communicate. He did not. It feels like a paying customer is asking for this company for a favor. Stay with a reputable contractor. A good contractor will not be on sites Home Advisor to get business. STAY AWAY FROM DENNIS COOK ROOFING COMPANY. .

We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! From start to finish, Adam and his entire team was professional, reliable, and incredibly hardworking. They communicated clearly throughout the process, showed up on time, and completed the job with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, skilled roofers who deliver top-notch results. Thank you for making the entire experience stress-free and exceeding our expectations!

Working with Phil Mast was a breeze, he explained everything in detail and was easy to communicate with. Dennis Cook Roofing has replaced 3 roofs for me over the years, one on my primary residence and two on some rentals we own. In each case I got more than one bid, and they were always competitive. In two cases, Phil gave the lowest bid. I’ve always been satisfied with their service, the workmen showed up on time, completed the jobs in the approximate time they were supposed to, and didn’t leave any debris around. I’m very picky about there not being debris in the attic, which is a common complaint of many homeowners. This was not a problem with Dennis Cook. I highly recommend them and welcome any potential clients that might want to reach out to me.

Phil was extremely honest and knowledgeable about roofs. Our quote was very good, and included the wood repair. The team that he assigned to do the job was excellent. Especially, Adrian, the job foreman Thank you for a job well done everyone!

After a referral from a friend, had these guys come redo my roof. They did a fantastic job, were extremely professional and did a great job. We had some rotten boards and they went up and showed me exactly what they were replacing and why. Roof is still holding strong 3 years later. Definitely a good local company to go through.

Dennis Cook Roofing was priced comparable with other bids we received. Their crew was polite, efficient and respectful of our property. They worked very clean, policed the complete area at the close of work daily. We had one small issue with a vent cap and the Phil had a service tech out the next day. We were extremely please with the overall job and would not hesitate to have Cook Roofing on our next project!

Phil Mast and the entire Dennis Cook Roofing team did an outstanding job on our full roof replacement earlier this year. Not only was their quality of work and materials superior, but their consideration of our home and our comfort was outstanding as well. Replacement of a full roof is a messy job, but the Dennis Cook Roofing team cleaned up EACH DAY as if they had not even been there. Any of our concerns were addressed immediately to our satisfaction. The final results were what they promised and what we had hoped for. Thanks to the Dennis Cook Roofing team!
