  Horrible experience!! Roof looks good,but ended up with a squirrel in my roof attic,gutters damaged,gutter guards disappeared,nails left everywhere,owner lied but admitted roof was left open for 10-15 min,while he fixed the truss they broke,would not recommend this company at all!! Horrible experience,Deluxe Remodeling!

  Hello Doug, I’m sorry about your bad experience. I regret to inform you that this isn’t our company that did this work for you. We had a similar instance several years back and had to advise the homeowner, and then they realized it wasn’t us! Our company is Deluxe Roofing, Inc.   This man and his assistant called on me to say my roof was damaged by a hailstorm. I was skeptical. What hailstorm? Well thanks to him I found out my roof was damaged and Danny Santos was instrumental in dealing with the insurance company and did a wonderful professional job on my new roof

  During a recent prep to sell my home I realized I needed a new roof. After speaking with multiple contractors for estimates, I called Daniel from Deluxe Roofing. We heard about Deluxe Roofing through my wife's coworker and her husband. Daniel arrived within a few days and gave us a full inspection explaining what was wrong with the roof and how it was caused. It turned out my roof had suffered wind and hail damage from the violent storms we had over the past few years, last year being the worst... At this point Daniel advised me to reach out to my insurance company (I was ready to eat the costs, however he insisted I at least ask), he explained this type of damage is covered under homeowners insurance. So giving it a shot I reached out to my insurance company and scheduled an inspection. I notified Daniel I had reached out and explained I had never submitted a home insurance claim and I had many questions. He assured me that this is common, I had nothing to worry about... I asked if he could be present on the day of inspection this way if I needed clarification he was close, he agreed without any hesitation. On the day of inspection Daniel and his associate arrived and the inspection went seamlessly. At this point the inspector informed us the roof would need a full replacement due to the wind and hail damage, additionally the siding also needed to be replaced because there were signs of wind and hail damage to these areas as well. All would be covered by my insurance. I couldn't believe it, I almost pulled the money out of my savings to put the roof on! Daniel explained Deluxe Roofing also did siding... This was a huge relief for my wife and I... We picked our roof and siding choices from the options Deluxe Roofing has to offer (which is A LOT!) top quality materials (GAF Timberline shingles) with high ratings and color options that are wonderful. Within a two week time frame (1 day for siding / 1 day for roofing each week) all the work was completed while my wife

  Experienced, Knowledgeable and Honest! We own a 10,000 square foot building in Schaumburg and knew that our roof needed some major repairs. Daniel came out quickly after we called him and his quote was extremely competitive. He was very familiar with the specific type of product that was on our roof and he completed the job quickly and professionally. After he completed this job I found a leak in the sun room at my house. I then called Daniel to come over to take a look. Again, he was very prompt and professional. He was able to quickly fix the leak for a very reasonable price. I have since referred Deluxe roofing to several friends and all have been very pleased with the services that he provides. If you are in need of a roofer I could not recommend anyone more highly than Deluxe Roofing.
