Excellent company to work with! I collected quotes from several roofing companies and quickly realized many of them seemed to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Then I found Deluxe Remodeling, and my search was over. They were honest, fair, and took the time to answer every question I had without any pressure or sales tactics. One thing that stood out was how educational they were. For example, they explained why they recommend box vents instead of ridge vents in our climate. Ridge vents get covered in snow during winter, blocking airflow, while box vents sit above the roof surface and the metal warms just enough in the sun to help melt the snow around them, allowing ventilation to continue. No other roofing company explained the reasoning behind their recommendation. This isn't some fly by night company. They've been in the roofing business for decades, and that experience shows. They handled all the details, including pulling the permit and taking care of the insurance paperwork, making the entire process easy. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and both the owner and his foreman were on site overseeing the project to make sure everything was done right. The crew was professional, efficient, respectful of my property, and completed my entire roof in just one day. They did a thorough cleanup afterward, and you would hardly know they had been there except for my beautiful new roof. It's refreshing to find a company that values quality workmanship, fair pricing, and customer education instead of just trying to make another sale. A huge thank you to Andy and his team for making the entire process so smooth. I would absolutely recommend Deluxe Remodeling to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced roofing company.
