This roofing company is my first call for roof and exterior work. Their crews are fast, skilled, and always leave the jobsite clean. They replaced the roofing systems on two large apartment buildings, handled several window replacements, repaired fascia to keep animals out, rerouted two downspouts, and adjusted five more for better drainage. Cesar and the crew were helpful, responsive, efficient, and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They explained the work clearly, used solid roofing materials, and made sure everything was done the right way. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them for roofing, fascia, gutter, and drainage work.

While looking for a roofer to help with my gutters, I found Deluxe Los Altos Roofing. When I called, Cesar clearly explained that they mainly handle gutter repairs tied to roofing work, not full new gutter installation. I was worried there …

Deluxe Los Altos Roofing replaced our roof, and we compared 4 estimates before choosing them. I am very glad we did. Later, we noticed a leak and at first assumed it was the roof. We called, and Austin, the project manager, came out the next day to check the problem. Even with bad weather, he still showed up and made a repair right away where he believed the water was getting in. A couple of weeks later, the leak came back, so we called again. This time Austin and Cesar came out, which really showed strong customer care and responsibility. They inspected everything carefully and found out the issue was not the main roof at all, but the chimney chase flashing area. They then replaced the chimney materials from top to bottom and made sure the problem was handled the right way. The whole team was polite, on time, skilled, and easy to work with. I also appreciated the fair repair price and how they stood behind their roofing work. It is hard to find a roofing company that responds fast, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing the job correctly. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, leak detection, chimney flashing work, or a full roof replacement.

I had three other roofers come out to inspect a leak, and their repair quotes ranged from $1,300 to $4,200. Most of them wanted to do a lot of extra work on a fairly new roof, which did not seem necessary. Austin from Deluxe Los Altos Roofing took a careful look and found small cracks where the trim meets the siding near a roof slope. It looked like those gaps had never been properly sealed after the exterior paint work, and he explained that this was likely where water was getting in from time to time. He sealed the problem areas right away and did not charge me anything for the minor fix. I really appreciated the honest roofing assessment, the straightforward advice, and the fact that no one tried to push a full roof repair when it was not needed. It is rare to find a roofer who focuses on the real source of a leak instead of overselling, and that gave me a lot of confidence. I would gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors in El Camino Real Los Altos for reliable roof leak detection and honest service.

I had four roofing contractors inspect my roof because of a leak, and Cesar was the only one who checked it carefully enough to spot storm damage that supported an insurance claim. He helped me through the claim process and worked closely …

Awesome roofing service and very easy to recommend. We bought a fairly new home, and the inspection suggested we have the roof looked at because it seemed like it might need replacement. We were surprised that a newer house could already have roofing problems, so we asked for an honest roof inspection. They came out, checked everything carefully, and explained that the roof did need to be replaced because it had been installed the wrong way from the start. Austin took a lot of photos from the roof and showed us clear proof, including shingle damage caused by poor nailing during the original install. That really helped us understand the issue instead of just guessing. They gave helpful recommendations for the new roofing system, explained the materials and ventilation in simple terms, and completed the reroof exactly as promised. The crew was professional, the workmanship was solid, and the whole process felt smooth from inspection to final cleanup. After the installation, they followed up to review the warranty and perform a final roof check, which gave us extra confidence in the finished work.

Deluxe Los Altos Roofing replaced our roof in Los Altos and did an excellent job from start to finish. They showed up early in the morning and worked efficiently through the day to complete the project. Our home is not very large, but the roof has several angles and a valley, so it needed careful roofing work and attention to detail. The crew replaced a section of damaged plywood that had split over time and fixed a larger nail-down issue where we had raised spots in the roof. They also added a much-needed rain guard to a rear gutter area that is hard for us to access. Austin was there early to get everything organized, and Cesar led the crew and kept us informed during the job with clear updates on the work and what they found. Everyone was professional, easy to work with, and very skilled. The whole roofing project felt efficient, thorough, and well managed. They protected the house, landscaping, and plants with coverings before starting, and the cleanup afterward was outstanding. All debris was hauled away, and the yard looked neat when they finished. We also appreciated the helpful communication during the planning process and throughout the installation. The office team was very responsive with paperwork and scheduling, and the finished roof looks great. We highly recommend this team for any roof replacement or related roofing work in Los Altos.

After going through several roofing contractors, I finally found a roofer online who was reliable and professional. A few others either missed appointments, gave very high estimates, or were hard to reach, so I was cautious at first. Cesar met all my expectations from the start. He came out the same day I called to inspect the roof leak and provide a clear estimate. We moved forward quickly, and the roofing work was completed on time and with good attention to detail. The next day, I had a few questions about the repair, flashing, and the affected roof area, and Cesar returned my call right away and explained everything clearly. I waited a while before writing this so I could see how the repair held up through rain, and I’m very happy to say the roof has stayed completely dry. It’s a big relief to know the leak was fixed the right way. If I ever need roofing service again in Los Altos, I would gladly use them in the future.
