Do not bother calling this company. Very poor business practice and zero communication skills. Had 3 different appointments schedule, all no shows. They will ignore your calls rather than cancel appointments. Troy is very unprofessional.

I made 2 appointments and literally waited hours and no one showed up even after calling again. Don’t waste your time.

If it were possible, I would give Deerfield Roof Repair zero stars. Our experience initially started out positively. My father is visiting and he noticed this past Friday that there was a hole on our roof and called Deerfield Roof Repair …

I would not recommend this company. Don't even waste your time calling them. They are not dependable, did not keep their appointment, did not respond to my repeated phone calls, kept me waiting ruining my day. No follow up from them at all. Very unprofessional!
