Called them when my roof was leaking on a Thursday was told they would get back to me early the next week. Never heard from them again. I gave them two phone numbers to reach me at. Not professional. Not responsive.

Thanks to Tim for putting us on the priority list to get my father in-laws roof replaced. It suffered lots of winter wind damage. He was very quick to give us a great quote and on approval, have his crew on-site to install a new roof . I would highly recommend Daze Roofing.

I had a good relationship with the owner Tim who explained in detail the work to be done. They went beyond my expectations. Carried out all my requests that I wanted done on the eavestroughs. They did it in a timely manner. The product is seamless and the corners are perfectly mitered. Not all Companies do this. I highly recommend this Company if you need it professionally done at a reasonable price. After the main job was done, a problem arose later with one of the eavestrough. I called Tim and described the problem, he immediately responded telling me they would come back and fix it. The problematic eavestrough was corrected and all is running perfectly. This is proof of good customer service! If needed, don't hesitate to call Tim, he'll get the job done.

The owner is a very professional person to deal with. He understands the value of customer service. He ensures his quote stays focused on what needs to be done, while educating the customer on any other potential issues prior to beginning work. Excellent value and honest service.

We were faced with a dilemma, a leaking roof, new in the area, and no one to refer us to an honest, reliable roofer. Not knowing anything about roof repairs, we could have easily been taken advantage of and paid through the nose. The owner …

Daze did my grandparents roof in a timely fashion and it was very well done. They were quite pleased with the price, the work and the politeness and professionalism with all the staff.
