Started the job okay, but keeping in contact was impossible. I'd get a text saying they'd be there tomorrow, then nobody shows and no explanation. Had to call multiple times to figure out what happened. The roof is done, but the back-and-forth was annoying. Probably look elsewhere next time.

The guys who came to do the roof were fine, but getting any updates or answers was tough. I'd text or call and wait days for a reply. Even simple stuff like 'when are you coming back?' took forever. Not the worst job, but the lack of communication made it way more stressful than it needed to be

They gave a decent quote and started on time, which was good. But after that, it felt like they forgot about us. No calls, no texts about progress or delays. Had to keep reaching out just to know what was going on. If you're patient and don't mind chasing people, maybe it's okay

I called DBR after a run around with another roofing contractor. Wish I would have had them from the Beginning! They were patient! They were prompt in responding, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Their team was thorough and did a great job on our roof. They were thorough in their cleanup. I highly recommend DBR for your roofing needs.

I used the debris removal service. I requested a quote, the price was completely fair and economical. My items were picked up and hauled away within an hour of requesting the quote. The gentleman who came was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend this company to others.
