  They installed new roofs on my home and our rental property, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly. Earl took the time to meet with the insurance adjusters, walk through the roof damage with them, and help us understand what was needed for both houses. He also helped us work through the insurance settlement on our home. For the rental, the roof was much older, so the insurance coverage was limited, but Earl still worked with us to find a good solution and keep the project moving. The gutters also needed to be replaced, and Jamie handled that part in a very professional and easygoing way. The gutter work turned out great and really improved the overall drainage and finish of the homes. After the roof installation, a few normal follow-up items like nail pops came up, and Landon took care of them quickly. He also handled paint touch-ups and matched the color on one of the homes so everything looked clean and complete. This was not our first time using them for roofing work, and we have always had a good experience. They have checked on any concerns we had and stood behind their roof installs. They also replaced the roof on a family member’s home. They are the roofer we trust and the first one we call. Highly recommend.

  I recently had a roofing crew come out to fix an active roof leak caused by an old satellite mount. Nolan was professional from start to finish and clearly explained the repair process, the materials being used, and what to expect. He answered all of my questions and made my situation a priority since the leak needed quick attention. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with care and respect.   We had new gutters installed on our home, and they look great. The crew gave us a courtesy call before arriving and shared a very accurate arrival time instead of a long time window. They also kept us updated on their schedule and what the installers needed to finish before heading to our house, which was really helpful. Landon and Nolan showed up right on time and got to work right away. They were professional, polite, and very tidy during the whole gutter install. The job around the entire house was finished in just a few hours, and the workmanship looks solid. They cleaned up well, made sure everything was in place, and then walked the property with us to confirm we were happy with the finished gutters. The new gutter system looks excellent and should do a great job handling rain and protecting the roofline, siding, and foundation. If you are thinking about adding gutters to your home in Columbus, it is definitely worth doing sooner rather than later.   What a great roofing team. I can’t say enough about the care, honest service, and solid workmanship they provide.
