I have a neighbour that was not repairing a roof collapse over their front porch in a townhome community. David came out to inspect my roof to ensure that my neighbours lack of maintenance would not cause issues for my roof/property. He took the time to explain the structure of the shared roof and answered all of my questions, which provided me with a significant level of reassurance to erase my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
