10/3/2023- Your guys have yet to show up and add the stripping. Again, poor customer service. You would think someone from Daves would follow up. Just another reason not to use Dave Roofing. If you cared eanough about the customer you would check and see if the problem has been fixed. If you do care call me. When I call, all you have done and send me to your contractor and I have to deal with them. Now here we are months later and with the rain last night and this morning I am still stuck with a garagrge door full water. Yes you did replace it for free it was your only option becouse it was full water due to a poorly designed layout of the conceret. 9/15/23 With the recent rains Lubbock has had my shop was door had so much water in it, would only open half way. I'll have to have the entire front replaced becouse of the poorly designed and poorly built shop. Daves take zero responsibility for this. Dont waist your money using Daves. I wish I would have NEVER used Daves Roofing to build my shop. The shop garage door holds water everytime in rains. We had a good rain lastnight and when I tried to open the door this morning it felt heavy and once the spring finaly caught up.. water poured out of the middle of the garage door. I have asked for over a yeare and a half to help fix it. They keep blaming the door guys who installed it and come to find its basically how the shop was built. Looks like I'll have to pay someone else to fix the concerete and the shop facing becouse it leaks too. Oh and they fired the guy who built my shop, but they dont care about the customer who paid them up front. I've learned my lesson sadley. DONT USE DAVES ROOFING!

Hello John. I regret that you have had a negative expierence with my company. I know that your problamatic garage door was replaced with a brand new one at no charge to you. A follow up visit was then made to adjust the weather stripping at the base of your door. After these items were completed we were under the impression that all was well and no other communication was received of any additional issues. If there are additonal issues that need to be resolved please reach out to me at my office. Thank You.

Called twice. 2 weeks apart never called me back. Found someone who did. Should be able to select no stars for experience like this

More than roofing and metal buildings. We originally hired Dave’s Roofing and Metal Buildings to build my husband’s shop, and while he still thinks that’s the best part of the project, I have to disagree! My favorite addition is the beautiful metal frame Dave’s team custom welded for our backyard. It could easily be used as a trellis for climbing vines, but for now it’s the perfect place for our hanging swings. It’s become my favorite spot to unwind. I can sit there, listen to the soothing sound of the fountain, and enjoy the view of my flower garden. It has truly transformed our backyard into a peaceful retreat.

Thank you so much for the five-star review and for sharing how the project turned out, Christina. We’re thrilled Dave and the team exceeded expectations beyond the shop and that the custom-welded metal frame is now your favorite spot to relax. Knowing the space with the fountain and garden has become a peaceful retreat means a lot to our crew. Please reach out anytime if we can help with future projects or maintenance.

Needed a roof replaced because of hail damage. I also had additional issues including roof decking, roof support beams that had moved and were not doing their job, and several siding and trim issues. I looked for a company that could have the skill set to address all these issues since they were all connected to each other. I knew about Dave's Roofing and Siding from years ago. Marcus Pedroza listened to all my issues, checked the roof, attic, and siding and came up with a plan to solve them all. And then he coordinated the work and got everything fixed faster and smoother than I could have imagined. All the workmen were polite, efficient and did a great job. Even the cleanup was great. All in all, I will use them again when needed. Marcus was easily available to respond to questions that came up. His patience, understanding, and project management was great.

These guys did a great job replacing our roof this year. The crews were good to work with. They cleaned up very well and finishd in just a day and a half. (Only because the shingles arrived later in the day) They easily could have been done in one full day. They were respectful of us and the neighbors. Project Manager Marcus did a great job of communicating with us about timelines and the entireinsurance process. I would definitely recommend them.

Dave’s Roofing rocks! I asked them to give us an estimate on a leak in a commercial building. Marcus found the issue, saw it was a simple fix, and repaired it…free of charge! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their above and beyond service! I hope the best customers find them and keep them as busy as they want to be!
