This company sent out flyers urging residents move their cars forward to protect them from debris, but then proceeded to park their own company vehicles directly blocking our designated parking spots so we couldn’t even leave or enter. …

The only good thing about discovering a roof leak is knowing that I can call Custom Roof Co and receive a prompt response, a fair price, and conscientious workers. They've worked on my house twice with no problems - finished sooner than promised, did quality work, kept a clean work area, cleaned up when done.

I can't speak highly enough about Custom Roof. Brandon, Rick, and the team are awesome. When we bought our house we knew we had one leak in the roof, but after moving in we discovered three more. Our house has a tiled roof, which makes it …

From start to finish, our experience with Custom Roof Compay, Inc., was only positive. Our project manager, Brian Davis, took really great care of us. He was proactive about communicating with us regularly throughout the process, from initial consultation to final payment, and he responded to our questions quickly. He dropped off shingle samples for us to see in person, he worked with us (patiently!) while we settled on a start date, and he stopped by while the job was getting done to make sure that all the lines of communication were clear. The roofing crew -- Jose, Brian, and Philemon -- were total pros. They were punctual, hardworking, respectful of our property, and did a great job of cleaning up and closing up at the end of each workday. We checked in with them while they were working, and they always let us know what to expect and what they needed from us. We worked with Brian and the crew to relocate our attic vents to make more space for solar panels. The new low-profile vents look much better than the old ones, and they're better situated. We've never had a house job go this smoothly, which for a project this big, with so many people and so many moving parts, is just incredible. The price was very competitive, the new roof looks fantastic, and it passed inspection with flying colors. It should last for 30 years, which is great but also a little bittersweet, because this has just been such a great company to work with. By the end of the job, my spouse and I were saying to each other, "Wow, I wish Custom Roof also did X, Y, and Z, because we'd hire them for everything."

Any time someone asks me for a roofer recommendation, I highly recommend Custom Roof Company. He has done a repair for me on a flat roof, replaced wood shake with composition tile on a couple of our structures, and also reroofed our house dealing with historic terra cotta roof tiles. They can do it all!

Custom Roof Company are the best! We were lucky to work with Brandon, he went above and beyond to assist us with our roof and was able to schedule us in before the rain came. He was very professional and made the whole experience easy. If you need your roof done, Custom Roof Company is the way to go.

Sal is Great came out and gave a fair estimate, and within no time the crew was on my roof after a bad install with a Hvac unit . And the even were able to match singles for a 15 year old roof. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely great experience with this team on a roof rehabilitation for our office building. Rick worked with me through almost 2 years of escrows, etc. His patience and integrity are top notch. His team knows what they are doing and are proud of their work and what they do. I wish more were like this. Thanks guys!

Among the best roofing companies in POMONA. I would give them six stars if I could. Their professionalism, knowledge, and reliability set them apart from the competition. No one can match their service.
