i had several roofing contractors come out and give estimates for a full roof replacement, but stanley was the only one who pointed out that the roof’s age and clear shingle damage might qualify for an insurance claim. As a newer homeowner in Chino Hills, i had not even thought that was possible and was getting ready to spend thousands out of pocket on a new roof. After a careful roof inspection, our insurance provider agreed that the roof had major damage and needed to be replaced, so we only had to cover the deductible. Not long after that, we had a much-needed new shingle roof installed. The roofing crew worked efficiently, kept the project organized, and the finished roof looks clean and professionally done. i’m very grateful for the work stanley and the team did for us. The whole roofing process was far smoother than expected, from the estimate to the insurance support to the final installation. You can really tell they care about quality workmanship, solid customer service, and making sure the homeowner understands each step. we highly recommend them for anyone needing roof replacement or shingle roofing work in Chino Hills.

i had roof damage after strong winds and heavy rain in Chino Hills, and it started causing a leak inside my home. after searching online and reading strong reviews, i called Luans Roofing Inc. for help with the inspection and repairs. maximus came out the same day with a drone to check the shingles, flashing, and other problem areas, then explained the damage clearly and gave me simple repair recommendations. within a day, the crew arrived and got started right away on the roofing work. they handled the repair with care, used solid materials, and completed quality work that gave me peace of mind. i really liked that they kept me updated with photos and walked me through each step while the job was in progress, which made the whole process much less stressful. what stood out most was the customer service. kyle was responsive, on time, patient, professional, and easy to talk to. the team made sure my roof was protected properly and that the leak issue was addressed fast. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable roof repair or roofing service.

We recently had a new roof installed by Luans Roofing Inc., along with new siding, gutters, and related exterior work. We contacted four roofing contractors before choosing this team because of their strong experience, great online reviews, fast response time, careful inspection, and detailed estimate. maximus was easy to talk to, honest, and reasonably priced, which made the whole process feel straightforward. The crew handled the roofing job very efficiently and completed everything, including sealing around the windows and finishing the gutter and siding details, in just two days. The workmanship looks excellent, and the roof installation really improved the appearance and protection of our home. dustin stayed involved throughout the project with the crew, making sure the roofing materials, flashing, and clean up were all done right. They left the property neat, and we are very happy with the results. If you need a reliable roofing contractor in Chino Hills, this is a great team to call because kyle and the crew do quality work and pay attention to detail.

Randall and his crew did an excellent job on my new roof. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions about the roofing process, materials, timeline, and cleanup, and Randall answered everything clearly and with patience. He was very responsive and always got back to me the same day by text or email. The roofing team was skilled, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They paid close attention to detail, kept the job site organized, and made sure the installation looked clean and solid. The new roof turned out so well that I also had them handle the gutters, and that work came out great too. The pricing was fair, the communication was strong, and the whole experience was much smoother than I expected. It is not often that a roof replacement feels this stress-free, but this crew made it happen. I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship and would highly recommend them for roofing and gutter work in Chino Hills.

We recently bought a second home with beautiful land and quickly fell in love with the property. One of the first things we noticed, though, was that the roof needed major repair work and likely a full replacement. We were worried it would …

After many years with solar panels on my home, I found out the roof flashing and panel mount seals had failed and were letting water in, which led to damage in the attic, ceiling, and some interior walls. I was told Luans Roofing Inc. would …

Our roof was far past a simple repair and had some major leaks. Randall came out, looked everything over, and gave us a very fair quote for a full roof replacement. We moved forward, and the whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. On the installation day, I was away for work, so Randall kept me updated with plenty of photos showing the condition of the roofing system, the damaged decking, and the extra repairs that were needed. It really helped to see the progress and know the work was being done the right way. When I got back home a few days later, the new roof looked excellent. The shingles, flashing, and overall finish were clean and solid, and everything looked high quality. I also noticed the house stayed more comfortable inside, especially during warm days, and the temperature seemed to hold better. I’m very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall service, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a new roof installation.
