Worst customer service experience ever. They close at 5:00 PM—I called at 4:00 PM and was told to call back the next day. When I called the following morning to request an invoice, they said they would send it, but I never received anything.

This place does very good work, have great workers but their bosses are unreliable and treat their workers very bad. They make their workers look small compared to them when they don’t know how to do half of the stuff some of their workers do !

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 21 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 21, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
