i rarely leave reviews, but my experience with company: Monarch Roofing Llc really deserves a 5-star rating. thomas, my project manager, was excellent from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. He kept every promise, showed up on time, explained each step in simple terms, and made the whole roofing process smooth and stress free. The price for my new roof felt fair for the level of workmanship and the quality roofing materials used. The crew did a great job protecting plants, patio furniture, and the area around the house before starting the tear-off and install. They worked carefully, paid attention to the flashing, underlayment, and cleanup, and left the property looking neat when the job was done. I was also impressed with how helpful the office staff was whenever i called with questions. The communication stayed clear the entire time, and the finished roof looks strong, clean, and professionally installed. I would gladly use them again for gutters and other exterior work, and i highly recommend their roofing services to anyone needing dependable work and solid results.

malachi met with my insurance adjuster and helped me get the most from my roof claim. i had already been told by two other roofing contractors that my roof would not qualify, even though there was clear storm and wear damage. Once malachi walked me through the shingles, flashing, and problem areas, it was easy to see that the roof really did need to be replaced. The whole roofing process moved quickly after the claim was filed, and the new roof was finished within a week. My house looks better than ever now. The crew worked long hours and stayed focused to get both the house and shop roof completed in about a day and a half. I also had new gutters installed, and they did a great job with that part too. They were easy to work with, very customer focused, and professional from inspection to cleanup. thomas explained everything in simple terms, julian kept the project moving, and i felt informed the entire time. The workmanship looks solid, the property was left clean, and the new roof and gutters really improved the overall look of my home. I would highly recommend their roofing services.

I had a great experience with this roofing company after a leak showed up in my master bedroom. Julian did a careful roof inspection and also checked the outside of my home. He showed me clear photos of the roofing damage and the spot where water was getting in. He also pointed out related exterior damage around the windows, gutters, garage door, and fence, which helped me understand the full scope of the issue. He walked me through the insurance claim process step by step and met with the adjuster at my property to help make sure all covered storm and roof-related damage was included. After I received the insurance estimate, Julian reviewed everything with me in simple terms so it was easy to understand. He explained that I only needed to pay my deductible, and the remaining approved work was covered by insurance. The roofing installation was scheduled quickly and completed efficiently in about one day. The rest of the covered exterior repairs were also handled in a smooth and professional way. Since roof leaks and home damage can be stressful, I really appreciated how easy and organized Julian made the whole process. The crew was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about roofing, gutters, and exterior repairs. I would gladly recommend this roofer to friends and family in Pomona.

We reached out to a few roofing contractors for an outbuilding roof replacement, and Thomas handled the inspection. He clearly explained what the roof needed, walked us through the best options, and gave helpful recommendations without making the process feel complicated. Choosing this crew turned out to be a smart decision. Their pricing was fair and competitive, the roofing work was excellent, and the project stayed on schedule from start to finish. What stood out most was the professionalism of the roofers, the attention to detail, and how carefully they protected the property during the job. The cleanup was outstanding as well—there were no old shingles, nails, or leftover roofing debris anywhere around the work area. The new roof looks great, feels solid, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them for roofing work.

If you are looking to replace your roof, this roofing company is one of the best around. I am usually very careful when dealing with contractors because there are people who take advantage of hardworking homeowners. After speaking with several roofing companies, getting very high quotes, and hearing a lot of confusing sales talk, I found this roofer online. I read the strong reviews, called for a roof inspection and estimate, and I am very glad I did. Thomas came out to inspect the roof and explained the full roofing process in a simple and honest way. Our older home was ready for a new roof, and we decided to change from an old tile roof to a modern charcoal gray metal roofing system. He took time to go over materials, tear-off, underlayment, wood repair, permits, inspections, and the full install so we knew exactly what to expect. The pricing was much better than the other roofing bids we received, and the value was excellent for the quality of work. The whole project moved along smoothly, from the roof inspection and permit steps to the removal of the old tiles and installation of the new metal panels. The crew showed up ready to work, removed the old roofing in one day, replaced damaged roof decking, installed waterproof layers, and made sure everything was done to code. They worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and paid attention to detail throughout the process. In a place like Pomona, having a durable roof that handles strong sun and heat well is important, and this new metal roof feels like a great long-term upgrade. I do not usually leave reviews, but this roofing team truly earned it. They were honest, dependable, skilled, and easy to work with from start to finish. I would gladly recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors for any roof replacement or roofing upgrade.

I called for a new roof, and Malachi came out, explained everything clearly, and gave me a printed estimate right away from the truck. The price was better than the other roofing bids I received, and the whole process was simple and stress free. The crew returned the next day and finished the roof work quickly with great attention to detail. They did excellent roofing and gutter work, were very professional, and really respected my time and property. They kept the job site clean, communicated well, and made sure everything was done the right way. I have already recommended Malachi and the crew to several family members and friends. If you need roof replacement, roof repair, or gutter service in Pomona, I highly recommend giving them a call.
