i was amazed! Pomona Roofing Inc. really lived up to its strong reputation for roofing and gutter work. i needed a full roof replacement and new rain gutters, so i wanted a well run, professional roofing company that could handle everything the right way. i am very detail oriented and had high expectations, and they met them all. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the whole team went the extra mile to answer my questions, explain the roofing process, and come up with smart solutions whenever anything came up. johnathan and Eric, along with the rest of the crew, were friendly, skilled, and professional the entire time. The installers worked hard, stayed organized, and kept the job moving quickly without cutting corners. They paid close attention to the roof system, gutter fit, and overall workmanship, and the cleanup was excellent after each day. In a warm place like Pomona, having a strong, high quality roof and properly installed gutters really matters, and i am very happy with the final result. everything looks great, works well, and the whole project was handled with care from start to finish. A+

My roof was well past its lifespan, so i reached out for roofing help. eric came by, explained the roofing options, materials, and warranty coverage in simple terms, and made the whole process easy to understand. I felt confident moving forward right away. The installation crew showed up on time and did excellent work, with johnathan leading the job and keeping my family and me updated from start to finish. He answered all of our questions, explained each step clearly, and made sure everything stayed clean and organized around the house. They also replaced our skylights, which we really appreciated, and the finished roof looks great. With the Pomona sun and heat, it feels good knowing we now have a strong, reliable roof over our home. the whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and i would absolutely recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof replacement or skylight work.

After some heavy rain, we noticed a small water spot on the front entry ceiling. Eric first completed a full inspection of the roof, gutters, flashing, and nearby windows, and no major issues showed up right away. Then, after some careful troubleshooting, Eric and the crew removed a few shingles near the dormer and found damp but solid roof decking. They determined the moisture was coming from the ice and water shield installation where the dormer wall meets the roof. The team replaced the shield, reinstalled the shingles, and also added kick-out flashing at the dormer corners as an extra step to improve water flow. They were professional, quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and shared helpful photos throughout the roofing repair process. We really appreciated their thorough work and attention to detail.

I highly recommend this roofing company for a full roof replacement in Pomona. Eric was our consultant, and he was friendly, experienced, and very helpful from start to finish. He came out promptly to provide an estimate and performed a detailed inspection of our existing roof. He even used drone photos so we could clearly see the condition of the shingles, underlayment, and other roofing areas. The pricing was very fair for the quality materials, workmanship, and customer service we received. We were placed on the schedule quickly, and Eric kept us updated through each step of the project so we always knew what to expect. On installation day, the roofing crew arrived on time, carefully protected our lawn, driveway, and A/C units, and got right to work. They worked efficiently and made sure the roof stayed secure and protected when some rain moved through. Eric checked in during the job and stayed in contact to answer questions and make sure everything was going smoothly. The crew also took progress photos during the tear-off and replacement, which gave us peace of mind because we could see exactly what was being repaired and installed beneath the old shingles. The full roof replacement was completed quickly, and the final detail work was handled with care. The new roof looks amazing, and we are extremely happy with the finished result. Eric and Johnathan made the whole roofing process easy, professional, and stress-free. If you need reliable roof replacement service in Pomona, this team does excellent work and delivers beautiful results.

We found a few damp spots on our ceiling and learned the problem was coming from the roof. Thankfully, Pomona Roofing Inc. stepped in and made the whole roofing process smooth from start to finish. Eric handled the initial roof inspection with clear video and explained what was going on in simple terms, which gave us a lot of confidence. The crew was professional, kept the job site clean, and stayed on top of every detail. They uncovered a few hidden roofing issues caused by poor original construction, but they fixed everything the right way without slowing down the project. Their workmanship, communication, and attention to the roof system were excellent throughout the job. We also really liked the new lifetime shingles. The bluish gray color looks great with our shutters and siding, and it gave the house a fresh updated look that fits well in Pomona. They also helped replace both of my children’s roofs, and each job was handled with the same care and quality. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing service.

Pomona Roofing Inc. did an excellent job on my roof replacement. The crew was polite, friendly, and very careful from start to finish. They placed tarps all around my home to catch loose shingles, roofing debris, and nails while removing the old roof. I had a few items near the house, and Johnathan moved them safely into the yard so they would not get damaged, then put everything back when the work was finished. The cleanup was just as impressive as the roofing work. The team swept thoroughly and used a blower to clear the driveway and surrounding area, leaving everything neat and clean. Eric also took time to answer all my questions, explained the whole process clearly, and showed strong knowledge about the roofing job and materials. The office staff was courteous and helpful too. I have already recommended them to my neighbor because the service, workmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding.
