Stay away from culbertson we had them put a roof on and within a year it was leaking. We called they said they would send someone to look at it and call us back, Never did. Tried calling multiple times over the next few weeks with no answers. Ended up having someone else come. Few years later had more problems tried calling again and was told our warranty was too old. Roof is 6 years old with a 10 year warranty so idk how that adds up.

Hi Codie, We don't have any estimate on record for you but if we recall correctly you called us in mid February when it was freezing cold out and we told you to call back when the weather was a bit warmer. You said something about the chimney having ice around it nothing to do with a leak. We also said after 6 years and all the wind and storms we get if the wind gets a hold of a flashing that's a maintenance issue much like if a tornado goes through. Sorry for not meeting your expectations. We try to keep everyone happy but we always can't. Culbertson Construction

We hired Culbertson construction about 4 years ago to replace our roof. We believed they had done a professional and quality roof replacement. Recently we had issues with our gutters and had to have them assessed for repair/replacement. We were told they would not be able to back the instillation of the gutters due to the rubber roof on our home. We thought this was the company trying to get additional money from the job so we had another roofing company look at it too. They also told us the rubber roof was poorly installed and needed to be removed and replaced. We reached out to Ben Culbertson with our concerns multiple times requesting he come to look at the roof. He insisted, without ever laying eyes on the roof, that there was nothing wrong with the installation. We have since been ignored by him and our concerns dismissed. The website proclaims great service and a company with values. I disagree. Our experience was not this at all. I have re posted my photos since they were somehow removed from my review! Hummmmm.... odd...

Owner never kept me updated on what was happening with my roof. When the workers took my old shingles off they didn’t protect my house property, scratched my siding, bent my eves drop and didn’t hook one of my gutters back on. Just horrible communication with the owner.

Had our 22 year old roof replaced. Was given a date and time for crew to arrive. They arrived precisely on time and got straight to work covering shrubbery and outdoor furniture so as to not damage or have any debris get on them. Workers were professional and did a great job removing old roof and installing new one. They worked about 12 hours the first day and about 3 hours the second/final day. When they left, everything was cleaned up and virtually no sign that they were ever there except our beautiful new roof. Price was extremely fair and reasonable. You’ll be very happy with this company.

I obtained several bids to have the siding on my house replaced. Ben was one of the few that actually came out to look at the project and to hear my concerns and what I was expecting. I my self having been in residential construction for almost 30 years knew what I wanted and what I expected . Ben came in competitively priced and was very knowledgeable on siding options. After talking with him, I knew he was someone that I could work with and had the same thoughts about quality workmanship as I have. His Siding crew showed up on time and went right to work. They realized from the start that I was very particular. Their work was top-notch and actually exceeded my expectations in some areas. Kept the job site very clean and finished in a timely manner. Communication was excellent with Ben and always got back to me. I’m glad I made the right decision on my siding contractor. Very pleased. I would not hesitate to use Ben Culbertson Construction again

Culbertson / Ben the owner was a great company to work with. Contacted them for an estimate. Ben came back with in a couple days with it. The estimate was detailed, clear and easy to understand. Ben provided us with anything we asked for and always returned my phone calls in a short time if he did not answer. They came in the time frame we were told and completed the job in one day on our ranch house that is medium to large. The roof job that was done looks great the lines and finishes are all clean. They did a good job protecting our yard by putting tarps down in most areas. There cleanup was good after they left you would have not have know they were there. I would highly recommend Ben Culbertson.

I would give Ben a 5 star rating on our roofing replacement job. He & his crew showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up well after the job was completed. Took less than a day just as he promised. Ben is easy to talk with & explained the process & options well. I would recommend Ben Colbertson for your construction needs - Larry Phillips
