CTR came out and did our project. It was a conversion of sorts and it went from nothing to an amazing space for our family to use. He was efficient. Dependable. Trustworthy. And affordable. If we have any further projects CTR will be the company we reach out.

CTR did a great job finding the source of our roof leak, and also replaced wood rot on our soffits, fascia. Thanks, Devin & team!

We've hired CTR several times. They redid our main bathroom, they installed ceiling lights and a fan in our living room, and in our family room, we had them add lights and doors to the existing open shelves. We have been extremely pleased …

I had the best experience with Devin Blanch and his team. He’s responsive and was honest with me and what he can do and why I should expect. I was so impressed with Devin & Team that I want to continue to invest in the areas that he does business. I believe his pricing was competitive and stayed in consistent communication. My biggest headache with dealing with contractors are their lack of professionalism and consistent communication. I didn’t have any issues whatsoever and I’m happy to recommend him and his business to anyone in the areas. Will definitely use CTR General Contractors for ALL my needs in the areas they serve.

CTR was prompt, efficient and professional. Their work was great quality and they cleaned up all trash created by the project. We could not have asked for better work. Will definately call them for future work and certainly recommend them as a general contractor. Thanks to Devin and his Crew!!

Old school quality family run business. I call and the contractor (Devin) answers the phone. I asked for a quote and Devin and his father came out to look at the project - they were very easy to work with and let me pick and choose what I wanted to do. We ultimately arranged for them to put a new window in our movie room (2nd floor) and the end result looks as if the work done was part of the original house. The fees are very reasonable. Thank you CTR roofing! I would recommend to anyone looking to work with a family business they can trust to do quality work at a fair price! I’m sure we will use them again in the future.

Devin installed a new roof on my patio and did a great job. During this last rain, I noticed a leak. He came out and repaired it. Also inspected the roof on a storage building and will be installing a new roof on it.
