  The owner, Shaun, is a stand up guy and goes through extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. No question you would be getting a 5 star roof if you go with Shaun. Great follow up too, not just about the sale.

  We were completely at our wit's end after our insurance company denied our roof replacement claim three separate times. Thankfully, we found Shaun and his Crown Roofing & Repair team. They came in, handled the insurance company with total professionalism, and finally got our replacement approved! Once approved, they were incredibly quick with the actual job and did phenomenal work. We couldn't be happier with the results. If you are struggling with a difficult insurance claim, look no further. Highly recommend!

  Shaun and his team at Crown Roofing did an excellent job inspecting, working with insurance carrier and replacing a large roof . On the day of the replacement, Shauin’s crew arrived early and essentially the entire process was completed in 1 1/2 days. Results have been excellent.

  Shaun and Teo were the biggest help! Being a 1st time homeowner, I don't know much about roofs. While explaining my need for repairs, he turned the need into a teachable moment.   These guys did amazing work! Not only were they extremely quick to respond when we had storm damage and prevent leaking into my house. They were also very helpful in negotiating with the insurance company. Shaun’s professionalism and pride in his work is something you don’t see as often these days it was quite refreshing.   Worked with Crown Roofing and they were great. Free inspection using a drone, documented issues via photos and video, then helped me work with my insurance company through every step. Did not have any interior signs of issues but wind damage on a Lake Lanier home had taken its toll. Shaun is a great communicator, transparent business person, set proper expectations, and they did a great job from materials delivery to install to clean-up. No surprises. Roof looks great now and very pleased! Highly recommend.

  This is the best roofing company I’ve ever worked with! Shaun was not only very communicative about the repairs that needed to be done and provided detailed pictures, he was extremely reasonable on price! If you need any roof related repairs or replacement, I would highly recommend calling Crown! Top notch service and repair!
