The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Cronin Roofing & Construction. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
4 more of the 4 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Joe Cronin installed our maple flooring and it looks wonderful. He was on time and had excellent workmanship.

This guy knows his stuff and he comes from a roofing and construction background, so he leaves no stone unturned. If there is a problem with your roof or it's installation, Joe can get it figured out.

We had problematic roof leakage due to some issues with the original roofing contractors installation of Decra stone coated steel shingles. For FIVE years we have been trying to find a roofing contractor to help us with this. Many would say we will call you back....Never did. One contractor strung us along for 18 months and then finally said he didn't have time to deal with it. Within three days of contacting Cronin Roofing they came out, looked it over. Three days later we had an estimate (very reasonable). They stated it would be about a month before they could do the job and they would call ahead. Received a call one week ahead and again the day prior to them coming. Yesterday and today they did the work. It was done meticulously. Very professional, honest, prompt. I was so pleasantly surprised after our 5 yr. journey.

My parents had their roof replaced over 15 years ago and it still looks great and there's hasn't been any problems since! An honest and professional company that my parents and I recommend to everyone we know!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Cronin Roofing & Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
