  Andrew — we understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your claim with State Farm did require additional follow-up, and unfortunately the representative who was handling your file is no longer with our company. During that transition, your project was not followed up on as it should have been, especially heading into the winter months. More recently, we did receive your calls and messages. We’ve also been working through a significant volume of inspections and claims following the March 13 and March 22 storm events, which impacted response times. That said, we agree communication should have been better. We will be reaching out to you within the next 24 hours to reconnect and organize next steps moving forward

  Crawford restoration reached out to us because we had just had a bad storm and they offered a free evaluation of our roof. A man by the name of Prescott came to our home and was pleasant, easy to talk to and completed thorough in his examination of our roof. Fortunately Prescott found no issues, but he said there was a lot of debris on our roof and offered to blow off the roof with our blower. I did not expect him to do that since he was not going to get business from us at this moment, but his above and beyond response certainly makes me very encouraged to refer this company and potentially use them for future transactions.

  We found a small wet spot in our ceiling. Phil came over the same day to take a look. He found a couple small tears in the roof that I was able to fix myself (with a little guidance from Phil). Super helpful and definitely recommend. Thanks again!

  Phil and Jamie helped navigate an insurance claim for a full siding replacement and were able to accommodate our need to get the job done as soon as possible. They answered all our questions and even helped fix a shingle that blew off our roof. Would recommend. Great communication and very experienced working with insurance.

  This company was incredible. Had wind damage on my roof and randomly found them on Google. Called the number and they were literally at my house in 3 minutes. Gave me the quote and the work was done in just a few days. Great experience and will use them in the future.
