  The roofing crew did a great job A+ the siding crew a D- showed up late every day and went over the estimate stating they found hidden areas of work adding more labor but when they only worked a half day every day how can I tell. Also I did not get the color I requested. I cannot recommend this company at all. I will be sending much more finding another company to finish the job. Repainting and doing the trim work that these people never touched

  Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re glad to hear the roofing portion of your project met your expectations. We’d like to respectfully clarify a few points for anyone reading. During the siding work, additional labor was required due to concealed conditions that were not visible at the time of the estimate, which is a common and documented situation in construction. These items were addressed as they were discovered so the work could be completed properly. There was also weather delays which pushed the timeline further than expected. Regarding color, the paint used was the exact color code that was selected and approved prior to installation. While trim work was not included in the original contract, we still installed over 350 linear feet of trim at no additional charge as a courtesy. Throughout the project, we were not made aware of any concerns and were under the impression that everything was proceeding well from your end. The project was signed off as complete, and no issues were raised at that time. We’re always happy to address concerns during a project or after completion, and we wish we had been given the opportunity to do so before this review was posted.   Had damage to my chimney repaired, chimney is in a difficult spot to reach, the work was correctly done in a timely fashion. Great customer service, seemed to want to earn my business.

  A driveway and sidewalk replacement was done and now there is a smooth transition from the garage to driveway to walkway, so walkers or wheelchairs can easily navigate from surface to surface.

  We had a great experience with the team at CR3 from start to finish. They provided fair, upfront pricing and came out quickly to give us an estimate. It is always nice to work with a local business in the Montgomery area that values good service. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered helpful professional input on the best way to install the gutter system so water would move efficiently off the roof. The installation process went smoothly and the finished work looks great. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend CR3 to anyone needing gutters installed.
