  Roof redone 4 years ago by Couvre Toit Laval, good job by the team, but today there are problems and the company owner doesn't want to know anything about it! Promises and no service! Don't do business with them, they're a bunch of idiots!!

  We had a white roof installed. There was also a skylight that needed replacing. The work was done, but I can't give a good rating for several reasons: the electric tripod wasn't attached to the parapet (it blew away), and more than nine months after being informed that a service team would fix it, the tripod is still a hazard. It had even been installed on the wrong roof by the team. The company had to return several times after the membrane was installed because the skylight wasn't ready (even though there had been plenty of time beforehand), and it subsequently leaked. Another reason is the after-sales service—it's nonexistent! Emails and calls go unanswered. You have to be very persistent. When a service team is sent, you never know when they'll come, if they even went, or what was done or not done. It's an apartment building, so we have no way of knowing if anyone was on the roof, etc. And we can't inform the tenants, which is causing problems. The company was recommended to me by a family member, but it seems the quality and service aren't reliable for all customers.

  We were promised a visit last year (2020), and then nothing. We signed the estimate, and then nothing. It's been almost a year that they've been keeping us waiting, and not only that, no one answers our calls to give us even the bare minimum of information about what's going on. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Irresponsible company.

  After getting three quotes, we chose Couvre Toit and are very satisfied. The representative was courteous and able to explain the job clearly and simply for those unfamiliar with the process. After-sales service was available, and the turnaround time was reasonable. The roofers were also courteous, and our property was left clean after installation. We'll be back in 25+ years!

  CouvreToit went above and beyond in 2016 when we had a huge leak due to poor installation by another company on our lower roof (split level home). They were so professional and courteous that we called them back to redo our upper roof last year. Fast forward to a week ago when we thought we saw an issue on the roof, I emailed them on a Saturday, we got a call back on Sunday, they came to the house to inspect the roof on Tuesday. Customer service, honouring their work and product guarantee is a key part of the experience we’ve had with them and is the reason why we would recommend them 100%!

  Excellent job. They showed up early, between 6:30 and 7:00 AM and were finished and left by 11:15 AM. They took care to cover balconies with tarps and did a thorough job of cleaning up after. Hopefully, if the materials and workmanship was right, I should not see shingles coming apart in the future whenever we get high winds. Last contractor who did our roof did not do such a good job and we had to have costly repairs done several times over the years.
