Matt and his crew did an excellent job on our porch roof. Beautiful timber frame. They were all very nice to work with. Highly recommend!

Jeremy did a great job. Explained everything. Unfortunately it is out of my price range. I had no idea how expensive it was. I appreciate you taking the time to give me an estimate. Thanks!!

The best part of working with Cousins was Dylan Borsuk’s crew that did the construction. Salesperson recommendations of products and colors were not useable for our project. This was brought to our attention by Dylan’s crew. No measurements were made for our second floor shutters so the wrong size was delivered. Keith the project manager never introduced himself to us when he was out the site. I had to initiate the majority of the contact with him. The wrapping for our posts that were delivered were 8x8 and we have 6x6 posts, these were obviously to large and did not fit securely. He said they didn’t make a 6x6 wrap that fit. This was later proven wrong. Justin who cam out to finish our shutters and final touch ups was great. He made sure that everything was to our liking. With the issues we had with Keith we did talk to one of the owners, Sam, who helped with some issues. I would definitely work with Dylan Borsuk again.

Hey Dan, I’m sorry for the disappointing experience from us, the ball was definitely dropped on the job organization and not up to our standard. I am glad you had a great experience with the crew and hope you guys enjoy the new front porch - Sam

Mark went above and beyond with the flashing install. The weather started out terrible in Cranberry Township this morning.

Christian did an excellent job. I had a small job, replacing a missing gutter elbow two floors up, replacing some dented up sections of downspout, and a section of our roof (installed by someone else) that had the corner popping up underneath the shingles. He was able to quickly diagnose all the problems, get the correct parts for completing the job, and effectively complete some tasks that I had been putting off. Excellent job and the work was done perfectly. Will be calling them in the future for bigger jobs.

Brent was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. He offered various solutions that fit my needs and vision. I will know more should I select Cousins for my project but, what a great first impression.

Total experience was fantastic. Setting up the appointment was easy, Mark Demarines, the technician, was personable and professional. He took care of the problem and went the extra mile to fix another one he noticed. I would recommend Cousins to anyone.
