Horrible company. They take forever to complete a job, harassed and utilized neighbors property. Horrible communication. Would not recommend.

Juan and his crew just completed a full gutter replacement for me, highly recommended by several neighbors who used his company also. Very fair price, Juan was extremely helpful with his advice, guidance and expertise. The crew was on time, very professional and respectful of the property. Job was completed early, everything looked flawless and cleaned up when finished. I can recommend this company with no reservations whatsoever. Thanks to Juan and crew.

Very happy with their work. Juan was really easy to work with. Gave me a price for new gutters installation, told me how they will install it, showed me the sample product, was not pushy or opinionated. Just gave me what I wanted and was …

We had Carlos and his team do the roofing job on our house ahead of our solar install. He and Cecilia were quick to respond, communicated timelines and details clearly, and were very responsive to inquires about everything from bird stop to gutter styles to underlayment. The Cost-U-Less crew was incredibly timely (always showed up when they said they would), were respectful of our property, courteous, and came out on Sunday to finish off the job ahead of the rain. My wife has a very keen eye, so we communicated with Carlos we were very concerned with clean lines. Carlos and his team spent the time to ensure the roof met and exceeded our expectations. I had a question about the underlayment and Carlos went to his supplier to double check it was what was ordered (all on his own to make sure I felt comfortable). This will likely be the first and last time I purchase a roof. The cost and scope of the job make it nerve racking. Carlos and his team made it more affordable, used the highest quality materials, and went above and beyond to make us happy. We are very satisfied with our decision to go with Cost-U-Less

Carlos and his team were top notch. I’ve had so many contractors and handymen around my house which was recently remodeled. Most of which involves, no shows, delays, messes, mistakes etc. This roofing company was by far the fastest, most hardworking, on time, no-non sense, best price around company I have worked with. Even the secretary was on point for communication. Carlos was on site with his crew and they showed up with big trucks and big equipment and had my roof finished in two days. The second day was just small finishes. He got permits and quotes to me super fast. One thing I really appreciated was that when I discovered I would need a new wood chimney casting because mine was rotten they not only built a new one they painted it! I just had to provide the paint. They went the extra mile for my house and the finish work was very nice.I asked for all my vents to be black to match the roof, no problem! No mess left behind at all. They came highly recommended to me and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Carlos!
