During our initial onboarding call, we explained that payment would be due upon completion of the agreed upon work. The shingle tune up was completed on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and we promptly notified you that the project had been finished. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we followed up to ensure there were no remaining questions or concerns. At your request, one of our technicians returned on July 30, 2026, to review the completed work with your partner. During that walkthrough, he confirmed that he was satisfied with the quality of the work performed. After the walkthrough, our office continued to communicate regarding the outstanding invoice. On July 31, 2026, you advised us that payment had already been submitted. After reviewing our records, we let you know that we had not yet received it. Our team followed up again on Monday, August 3, 2026, to assist with the payment process, and payment was successfully completed that same day. At Frontline Roofing, we strive to provide clear communication from start to finish. Throughout this project, our team completed the agreed upon repairs, provided updates, accommodated an additional walkthrough to ensure satisfaction, and remained available to assist until everything was resolved. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the timeline and remain committed to delivering quality workmanship, professional service, and a positive experience for every customer.

  Claims to be open 24 hours, but when I called at 8:30pm some random women’s voice answered the phone like I woke her up from her sleep saying a soft muffled “hello.” Not….”Hi, this is Frontline Roofing how may I help you?” Not a great look. Either don’t answer your phone and let your customer leave a message or answer professionally so someone knows they are calling an actual business line.

  Hiring this company has been a headache, a complete waste of time and money. Their communication is terrible. The manager won't call me back or fix my issue. I still haven't received the correct before and after photos months after the project. After they supposedly fixed my roof, shingles are flying off a week later. Don't hire this company.

  Their team is very professional, responsive and honest. He walked me through the whole process and was very helpful and informative. It is clear to see he loves his profession. I can say it was definitely a pleasure working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  Person came out inspected. My roof gave me a proposal And an honest proposal gave me a price that was reasonable that I could afford gave me a timeline and did everything that he promised in that timeline roof is beautiful. I will recommend this company to anybody including all of my friends and family.

  Frontline roofing sent out David (project manager) to provide us with a quote for a new roof for our home. David took time to perform a full inspection, explaining in detail the process from permitting to completion, and answered the *many* questions that I had. He pointed out potential Landmines in the job. Most importantly, he provided us with an all inclusive quote, leaving no room for any financial surprises in the process. He even took time to review other quotes I had received from competing contractors, and showed me where they had hidden other fees within their contract, which would have resulted in several thousand dollars of additional costs that wouldn't be necessary for our job. We couldn't be more pleased with the kindness, service, professionalism and attention to detail! Thank you, David!
