  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I contacted this company because I had a simple, urgent repair—a single missing roof tile that needed to be replaced to prevent further damage. I even sent them a photo of the missing tile so they could clearly see exactly what needed to be repaired before scheduling anything. Despite having a clear picture of the issue, they would not send someone to perform the repair. Instead, they insisted on following their sales process by sending a salesperson to conduct a full roof assessment. The focus seemed to be on discussing the condition of the entire roof and proposing a much larger project rather than addressing the immediate repair I requested. I'm sure this process may work for homeowners looking for a complete roof replacement or major renovation, but it was frustrating when all I needed was a straightforward repair. If you're looking for a company to handle small, urgent roofing repairs, be aware that they may require you to go through a full sales consultation before addressing your immediate needs.

  Roof solutions has been nothing short of wonderful with answering all of mine and my clients questions. The inspector Curtis spent an extra 25 minuets with us going over the entire roof in detail. I will definitely be using them in the future!

  Curtis was awesome! He got back to me very quickly with a VERY detailed description of materials, the timeline, and cost estimate. The price wasn't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. If you want to work with a company that you can depend on, this is it!

  Ray and his team at RSI handle all our roof inspections at the office, and they’ve done a great job every time. They keep us updated, arrive on schedule, and finish the work without us needing to follow up. Their customer service is always reliable. I’d recommend Ray to anyone who needs a roofing contractor.

  I love RSI and especially Curtis Withnell. We had an a/c condensation leak coming through our roof at my place of business. Curtis responded quickly and had an immediate solution. If you have an issue Curtis and RSI would be my first call.

  I highly recommend RSI. We knew our roof was getting older but wasn’t sure what shape it was in. Curtis came out to look and explained everything to us in a way we understood. He was very honest and straightforward recommending some maintenance to help us get a few more years before we need to replace it.

  I found the cap of one of my vents on the ground after a strong wind and called Roof Solutions. Curtis came out and replaced it for a reasonable price. He was very professional and knowledgeable and came back later to give me this coffee mug! Would recommend!

  I was terrified to get my roof replaced. The cost, headache, time involved and coordination to get solar panels removed. Curtis and the guys at RSI could not have been better. Curtis kept me in the loop at every step of the process. Communication seems to be a lost art these days. That alone was very comforting that they took my business and my home seriously. Tear off was quick. Minor repairs needed were done quickly. New roof was done in a day and looks fantastic and done at a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough about RSI. One call is all you need.

  I received a notice from my home insurance carrier letting me know that they were going to drop our insurance because of the state of our roof. Curtis came out and explained the details on the notice and the necessary repairs to get our insurance policy renewed. He was a delight to work with.   My Dad and I chose this roofing company for the work at my parents house and Aaron was Awsome he kept us up to date with everything that was going on and was always helpful with ideas and questions we had about our new roof and gutters that were being installed and the customer service of the office staff was Amazing too.
