  As first time home buyers, my husband and I were newbies when it came to all things “roofing”. We know we needed our roof replaced and asked Spartan Home Services to come out for a free inspection. Dayne came out and was seriously one of the most professional and friendly individuals I have ever worked with. He helped us navigate the process with patience and compassion. When the roof installation process started, all crew members were awesome from start to finish. I especially appreciated having Carissa at the office as my point of contact. She was quick to respond via text or phone call and I felt good about having someone I could reach out for questions during the process. When it came to the actual roof installation, James and Jose were so hardworking and friendly. James made sure to let me know how long he expects it to take and checked in with me each day he was here. I cannot thank everyone enough!! Having to get a new roof so soon after buying our home was not ideal but out of all the customer/professional services I have interacted with, Spartan stands out as trustworthy and transparent.

  Daniel Wells Lead Estimator was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions I had when he came out for the Estimate. He pointed out some unknown to me areas that might cause issues in the future. He pointed out that I did not need gutters but supplied an estimate if I wanted them. His estimate was very detailed and explained and itemized everything that was to be done. Definitely a ten out of ten.

  I couldn't be more impressed with our Spartan Consultant, Mitch Silva's professionalism and thoroughness in guiding us through the steps of replacing our 40 year old roof in Napa. It is a big investment for the future and his help both during the onsite and in followup via email and phone was most appreciated. Our home has solar panels which needed to be temporarily removed during the process and reinstall, and he assured us this could be accomplished without affecting our current PG&E contract service rate. Spartan Home Services also has a great deal of experience in the install and upgrade of solar systems, so they are able to coordinate the entire roof replacement and reinstall with their own crews. No headaches or concerns with outside contractors delaying the project or questions of responsibility for damaging another's completed work. Mitch and Spartan also have good short term financing options available to further simply the process. All in all, we are extremely pleased to have chosen Sparta Home Services.

  Mike & Brent came out to my home today to take a look at my roof to give me an estimate. They were both very professional, friendly, honest and not pushy at all. I was not aware of all of the services their company provides. It was so nice to deal with people like both of them!! I highly recommend giving them a call to come out and take a look at what project you need done for a no pressure estimate.
