Hector and his team have been phenomenal! Got 5 bids the summer of 2025 including his bid but at the time I couldn’t get it done. Summer 2026 came around and he honored the quote from the previous year. I knew I want to go with his company, not just because price but how personable and professional everyone on his team was. I knew I had a bad roof leading up to the repair, but it was worse than expected. On top of the shingles needing replaced, the plywood had rot and some of the trusses did too. Hector not only told me these things but showed me each issue so I can make the decision. I knew I had to get these repairs done and did, with a very minimal change in price Hector and his team got it done. Plus they rebuild my whole front porch undercover area which completely transformed my whole house. Once you get your roof replaced by Hector and Cornerstone metal roofing you will see the passion they have for roofs and for their craftsmanship. 10/10 recommend and will be my roofer for future projects. What got done: - plywood - trusses repaired - gutters - ice and wind underlayment - facia board repair - TPO roofing on one part of our roof that is flat

Hector and his team just completed the installation of approximately 3,000 square feet of Nu-Ray NRM-2000 with factory-applied sealant on our low-pitch single-story rambler. The end result shows Hector's desire for very high quality …

Skip the flashy contractor/salesperson iPad presentation bids and give Hector, Sarai, and their team a call. Their 5-star reviews are the truth. We were in the metal roofing market for several weeks, meeting with and receiving bids from many other companies that you might've seen while swiping through on your algorithm. These companies will throw you a sales pitch telling you how their company is the best and why you should choose them. Swiping through all the pictures of their completed projects, then closing with a "today only" discount or a free Yeti company-branded mug to try and get you to sign a contract. Metal roofs are pricey; you might fall for any discounts you can get. Couldn't fool us! When we met with Hector, we knew they were the right company to go with. Very easy to talk to, answered all our questions, and gave us feedback on the design choices we had to make (colors, striations, etc.). They work with Nu-Ray Metals, a local metal roofing supply fabricator, and we are so pleased with the work that was completed. Hector was on-site every day working with his team, boots on the roof. Giving us peace of mind that work was being done to the highest level of workmanship. Sarai quoted us a 3-4 week timeline from acceptance of the quote from metal manufacturing to installation completion, and they were spot on. (We did get lucky with the weather, September installation). We couldn't speak more highly of their work. Give 'em a call!
