Chris replaced my connecting neighbour's shingles and left tons of nails placed across my roof, which would have caused damage in the sun this summer. He also came out to quote me on fixing a piece of flashing. He arrived 4 days after I called, yet wanted to charge me a COVID emergency fee. His price was three times as much as other roofers. Do not hire him for any pf your jobs or trust his word.

Hi Melissa, Chris did go out to your roof when Covid 19 first hit us in Ontario so we do apologize for the delay in viewing your roof. After viewing your repair, it was determined that your fascia metal had been blown off by wind. Yes, we did do your neighbours roof which was directly connected to yours and we have glowing reviews from them. I personally did your estimate and sent that to you. That’s fine if you had an issue with price, I’m sure you found someone cheaper but we did not charge a Covid emergency rate. We have an emergency rate we start with for any and all repairs, so that was completely misunderstood. As for nails we most definitely did not leave any on your side of the roof, unfortunately your past installer left them behind. We actually cleaned your roof off a bit with the leftover debris that was left from your installers. If you wish to discuss this matter, please reach out. Sincerely Matt Schmidt owner.

I used the online form to ask for a quote for a roof repair after a few shingles flew off the roof. Someone called back within the hour, and I was given a very fair quote for the repair the very next day. They were very friendly, and worked very quickly to patch up the roof.

I am very satisfied with Construction Works. They fixed a leak in my roof promptly at a very reasonable cost. I appreciate their honesty and integrity which was lacking in all the other roofers I contacted.

Just Had CONSTRUCTION WORKS ROOFING re- roof 2 of my buildings this week. Workers were prompt on the job every day, excellent workmanship and used quality materials. Chris and his crew work tirelessly in 40 degree heat and got the job done as promised and on budget. Crew was very polite and went out of their way to address all of the small details. I would have NO hesitation in recommending Matt and the CONSTRUCTION WORKS ROOFING crew for any roofing job.

The crew showed up 2 days ahead of schedule and worked extremely hard for 3 days to get this job completed. They were very professional in their preparation and diligent in their clean up. We found all of the crew to be very personable and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the final product.

Mike came to give us a quote in June, 2017. I had other quotes and his was the best. He said he wouldn't be able to work on our roof until September 11th and wouldn't take a down payment. On September the 11th, the crew arrived and got right to work. They were friendly, hard working and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased.
