This company assumes women can't do anything! Read to the end. Had someone come out in late February to look at our leaking roof. Promised to come get eyes on the project as soon as the roof was clear and dried of snow. I got in touch once in March, once in April, and once in May to ask if they could go take a look and tell me what needed to be done. Finally showed up, unannounced, on June 1 (I was not home). He informed me the crew leader wouldn't touch a metal roof (even though they knew it was metal when they came out in March) but would shingle it for me. I was surprised at this as it had been suggested they preferred to work with shingle, but they'd be willing to do my metal roof since I called so early in the season. The problem is my roof has two levels, so this would leave me with one level metal and one shingle (who does that?). Additionally, I was told I should "have my handyman or husband remove the chimney and all siding between the two levels". The ironic part of this is I AM THE HANDYMAN, I'm just too busy to do my roof! Isn't that why I'm hiring you?! Also, Way to ASSUME that a woman can't do anything.

We had a great experience with Complete Roofing. They gave a very competitive bid price with no mark up for upgrading material. Their crew worked so hard and finished our job in 1 day even with 90+ degree …

Absolutely great experience with Ross and the crew that performed the work on our home. They definitely exceeded expectations. In and out the same day with full cleanup. It was hot too! That crew does not stop working! Absolutely recommend them for services. It takes a hot minute to get on their schedule but that's just TC area living. You just have to wait your turn. A bit of a language barrier with the crew but that is not a problem. Ross is just a phone call away if needed, he is on video call with the crew throughout the project, I never felt the need to call him. True professionals for sure.
