  We had our roof damaged with hail and got our roof completely done with alot of inspections with poor third party people. The second building had a steel roor that needed replacing and the insurance finally agreed to fix it. The installers used by this company made a mess of the steel roof. We had to get it redone again. The company would not replace foam insect strips that they tore off the original building studs. These strips beep bugs and bees from entering the building. I asked the project manager to get new strips and replace them and would not. The workers also leaned a ladder against the steel wall and put a dent on the seam. I asked for a new piece to fix it. They fixed it by entering my building illegially and pounding the dent out and put calking compound and paint over it. asked him to get off my property and he moved his truck onto the public road and sat there to antagonize and cause stress. They replaced roof without the straps. I would not recommend this company. They cut corners.

  The owner and Patrick were fantastic at meeting all of our needs during the process of getting the repairs done. Patrick went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing Roofing, siding or guttering.

  I’ve worked with complete coverage, specifically Dalton on two of my homes roofs now and they are amazing to work with! Dalton Has been available any and every time I’ve reached out and it’s just a super friendly guy. We’ve had a great experience with them and would highly recommend to anyone needing roofing services!

  Kevron and his team were outstanding! Communication and timeliness were excellent. The weather caused delays in repairs to my roof and gutters but I was kept up to date on timelines and status, which was greatly appreciated. Absolutely recommend Complete Coverage Roofing to anyone in SWMO.

  This is the 2nd time that Kevron had been my go to guy after a hail storm. He is quick to inspect, clear with what he sees, fast on getting your information, and helps with all insurance questions and navigation. His crew did great with the new roof and I was kept in communication the entire time. His crew cleaned up and we're very professional. He is the guy I send to friends and family.

  From initial inspection through completion, communication and advice from Complete Coverage was excellent, including schedule updates as we dealt with frequent rain. The work was completed quickly once they started, and cleanup was above my expectations. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.
