These guys replaced the roof on condominium association. The work was okay, but after some digging, I found out that while this company itself has a class A contractor license, it appears as though the subcontractor (separate company) they …

Peter, I am not sure where you received your information but all of our subcontractors are certified to work in Virginia and carry a Class A contractor’s license. On top of that we have a project manager on site at all times from our company and we are a certified Class A contractor. All crew members are fully trained annually and carry the liability and workmen's comp required. We are GAF Master Elite certified, the highest certification for the manufacturer. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding you may have.

The roof replacement took one day longer than originally estimated because of weather, but the team kept me updated throughout the process. Everyone was polite and respectful of the property. What impressed me most was how they addressed a small concern I had without hesitation. The finished roof looks great and gives the house a fresh appearance.

Community Roofing fixed the roof over my porch and it no longer leaks. They took pictures of the problems and described in detail what was necessary to dix them. They completed the job completely and efficiently. Cost was reasonable. I would call community roofing again.

We had the very best experience with Carlos and Community Roofing! His knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic were incredible! He made sure his crew did everything to the highest standard- from shingle removal, install, and clean up. Carlos is incredibly friendly and we greatly enjoyed spending the day with him! Would hire Community Roofing every single time!

I can't let this go by without thanking Joe for helping me and having lots of patience with my insurance company who were very withholding when it came to what my home needed. Joe answered my questions, returned all my emails, and called me back with hesitation. Thank you Joe and Community Roofing of VA for sticking with me even when my insurance cancelled me and gave me the run around.Truly it means a lot and my roof repairs were done. Appreciation to Joe.

Just moved into a house that needed roof repairs. Community Roofing did a thorough and professional job & Joe was very knowledgeable. This company takes pride in their work, and they paid attention to my requests. I feel much more secure about the integrity of my roof now that they've worked on it!
