We had two homes that received roof replacement with CRC due to hail damage. In the beginning, they assisted with all documentation and communication with our insurance company. They quoted upgraded shingles for both homes and sold their services on the promise to provide shingle quality certifications (to assist in lowering the home owners insurance) and manufacturers warranty on the products we were charged for. After 9 months since completion of the jobs, NEITHER the certification or the warranty have been provided. I have spent months contacting Dave (the PM), and Ryan Sanchez via text, email and voicemail to no avail. My insurance agent has also reached out to Ryan. He has continually responded with promises (time and time again), that he would "get it to me" that day. I literally have record of 25+ text and voicemail message dating back to 12/30/2025, requesting the promised documentation. A month ago, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and no response to that either. As far as the quality of service...not bad. They were quick and clean but there was never a foreman on site with the crews, and unfortunately none of them spoke English. Communication with the guys doing the work was difficult. Skip CRC, and hire someone with a good track record of customer service. It is certainly not them!

I recently moved from Grand Junction, but before listing my home, it was hit by a hailstorm in June 2025. CRC came in and made the entire process easy. They helped me file the insurance claim, met with the adjuster, and worked directly …

CRC went above and beyond to help us with a previously denied insurance claim. Thanks to their expertise, the insurance company approved a full TPO roof replacement for two buildings in Denver. Tom, Chris, and their team replaced 25,000 sq. …

Before you call your carrier about hail damage, find your deductible. Most Colorado policies now set a separate wind and hail deductible as a percentage of your dwelling coverage rather than a flat dollar amount (Colorado Division of Insurance). On a home insured for $500,000, a 2 percent deductible is $10,000. Homeowners still expecting an old $1,000 flat deductible get caught by this every hail season. That number decides everything. If the repair comes in under it, filing gets you no payout, and no Colorado law stops a carrier from choosing not to renew after repeated losses. So have somebody walk the roof and tell you what the damage is actually worth before you pick up the phone, not after. An inspection tells you which side of your deductible you are on while you still have the option not to file. One more thing worth knowing: under C.R.S. 6-22-105 no contractor may pay, waive, or rebate any part of your deductible. Anyone offering to make it disappear is telling you something about the rest of the deal. Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Commercial Roofing Contractor. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
