Called them about our flat roof and the whole thing went smoothly from the quote to the finish. Compared a couple outfits around Naperville and these were the most straightforward. Work is clean and the roof holds up in the rain now. Easy people to deal with.

We had a persistent leak on our flat roof that two other companies couldnt figure out. It only showed up during heavy rain so it was tough to catch. Commercial Flat Roofing sent someone who took the time to find the source instead of just slapping sealant everywhere. Turned out the flashing around a vent had failed. They fixed it and reworked the drainage on that side so water wouldnt sit there again. Been through several storms since and the ceiling below is dry. They explained what went wrong in plain terms which I appreciated. Good to finally have it handled properly.

ponding water near the back HVAC unit was getting worse every season and I was worried about the deck below. they came out, looked at it, suggested adding tapered insulation in that section instead of redoing the whole thing. saved us a chunk of money and the water drains properly now. smart fix

Good outfit for commercial flat roofing work. Compared a few options that service Naperville businesses and these came across as the most knowledgeable during the site visit, by a clear margin. Proposal was clear, no vague line items hiding …

Membrane replacement on our office building. Crew finished ahead of schedule and the new surface looks way better than what we had. Site was clean when they left.

Flat roof had been on my to-do list for almost two years. Last time we replaced a roof on another property it turned into a disaster so I kept stalling on getting quotes. This experience was nothing like that one. The first call went well because the office actually let me explain what was going on before booking a site visit. Estimator showed up a few days later and spent a good amount of time up there before sending the proposal over within two days. Scope and materials were laid out clearly and pricing wasn't hidden in vague line items. We did a follow up call to go over my questions and nobody rushed me through it. They were booked out about six weeks and told me that before I signed, not after, which I appreciated. Install took three and a half days. Foreman checked in with me before heading out each night and the site looked tidy every time I walked it. Warranty paperwork landed in my inbox a week after they wrapped.

Commercial Flat Roofing did the full roof replacement on our two-story office building. The big thing for us was drainage because the old roof had bad ponding - like water just sitting there for days after rain. That problem is gone now, …

Had a leak in our retail space that kept coming back every time it rained hard. Tried getting it patched twice with no luck.found commercial flat roofing through a search for flat roofing companies in lisle and they figured out that the problem was with the drainage slope not just the membrane. Fixed it right, no more leaks.

The crew did a great job on our office roof here in Lisle. They showed up early and worked straight through the afternoon to get the project finished before the rain started. I appreciated that they only focus on the roof work itself and don’t try to upsell other random exterior services.
