  ComfortEagle used to be a reliable, professional business. Now it seems to just be a middleman that farms out work to contractors and doesn't take responsibility for making sure clients' needs are addressed. I had a basic roof leak almost a month ago and immediately called and emailed (it was after hours) Stephanie, the owner and my prior contact. I waited 36 hours but never heard back, so I called again and spoke to Stephanie. The leak is actually from a spot which ComfortEagle had previously removed a pipe from and patched. She promised me it would be repaired within the next three days. Since then, I have had a contractor supposedly scheduled to come work on the house; he didn't show up or contact me. I have repeatedly called and emailed Stephanie and have heard no response. I get the sensation that the contractors they work with are all focused on big jobs in the area. If you're a little client, find someone else.

  Dear Mrs. McIntosh, I am so sorry. I went in for surgery on Nov. 9th and was out of commission until Dec. I spoke with Operations as soon as I got back and was under the impression that a member of our Operations team had spoken with you regarding the repair. My sincerest apologies for not following up with you directly. We appreciate your feedback and will take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.

  Stephanie was quick to respond and fix an issue with a roofing item on house I recently purchased. I have used her company multiple times over the years and they are prompt, professional and get things done at a very fair price. I highly recommend them!!!

  Comfort Eagle Roofing made this whole "getting a new roof process" stress free! Stephanie and Cody came quickly when I called, did a thorough inspection, documented everything precisely, handled everything with our insurance company, gave reasonable and accurate quotes, made sure that the new roof is up to code, completed the job in a day, and followed up shortly after to make sure it all looked good. I'm impressed by the quality of their work, how quickly they go it done, and how good the new roof looks. Can't say enough good things about them.

  I was so grateful to have been introduced to Comfort Eagle. The difference in feedback I received from Comfort Eagle verses a huge firm, which I had previously regarded as honest & respectable, was eye-opening. I will absolutely reach out to Comfort Eagle for roofing needs first moving forward.

  Helpful staff reasonable price and quality work done when they said it would be. Part of the install was not to my liking and Cody fixed it right away so every bit of the project was done well and I am very happy
