Working on our property right now, major project. Disrespectful of how this place looks. Slow at doing job. Feel unsafe since they have been working on our building for over 2 MONTHS!!! No exterior lighting, gutters. No regard for people property. Stay away!!! Would give them No stars if I could. And of course after posting this Chris came and confronted me. He is very unprofessional. Our building was started in October and it's over 2 months later and looks like crap. Workers show up sporadically, we have gone many NICE warm and sunny days without no one here doing anything. All the other buildings were semi completed in 3 weeks ie have outside lights, not ours!!!! I know that people are having balconies done and they unfinished, but they only a handful. The ones that are no keeping them have unfinished fronts. I just walked the whole project and there is so much unfinished and shabby looking. I have pictures and videos that document all of this. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.!!!! Update still not finished, this post was in December. Either no gutters and if there are LEAKING. NO UNIT NUMBERS. HASN'T BEEN ON SITE WORKING FOR AT LEAST A MONTH. STAY STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.

I got a new roof put on my house. I highly recommend this business. The owner Chris actually stopped by after it was done to see if I had any questions.

Colonial installed a new roof on my former home five years ago, and just this summer on my new home. The workers are professional, courtious and take care to protect your property. A supervisor is on every job to answer questions or deal with any problems that arise. I highly recommend Colonial for all of your exterior needs for your home.

Chris and his crew are currently doing 14 buildings at Orangewood East Condominiums in Derby, Ct. removing old cedar siding, trim and gutters. Installing Tyvec house wrap with all seams taped, installing 1/2 “ foam insulation, vinyl siding, new trim, new soffits and gutters with leaf guards. Colonial Exteriors has been nothing but the best. They have also completed all the roofs on 14 buildings with outstanding workmanship. Very neat working crew and very polite. They have the best price for the work performed and they stand behind their quality of work 100%. If you have time take a ride through our complex in Derby and view the transformation of having cedar siding that was going on 50 years old to the new vinyl siding of today. Excellent job to. This and his crew!!!
