  Whoever your office lady that answers the phone is a very rude individual. Just called to ask if they were hiring and she rudly said were not hiring and hung up before i could say okay thank you. Im sure she would have been extremly fake nice if i wanted to spend my money there.

  My apologies. Our office manager isn't a rude person in general. We get several telemarketing calls and typically if you don't just hang up they will keep talking so she has a habit of saying "not interested" and disconnecting the call. We spoke and will be more mindful in the future about potential job candidates.

  this company was great to work with upfront. during the process was a headache but they were willing to fix the issues. A month ago i reached out to them 3 different times because a part of the roof they replaced is now leaking into my kids toyroom. all their toys have to now be replaced! Each time i called i was reassured i would get a call back asap. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A LONGTERM POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!!

  Destiny, did you call into the office? We have no missed calls or messages from you. We always strive to fix any warranty issues and I do recall being out to your home several times in the past to make things right. Is there something we can do?

  I have called Collins roofing 3 times. Once left a voice mail, the other two times speaking with someone. Both times I spoke to someone she said someone would call me back to schedule an appointment to evaluate our roof. It's been over 2 weeks and they still haven't called me back!

  We will not say this doesn’t happen occasionally but without your name I cannot see when your call came in and who was responsible for contacting you. We apologize!

  Just as the review below, they never came out. They mentioned they were going to give me estimate when I called there 2 times after, but still no show. Unprofessional.

  Collins roofing was absolutely wonderful. They kept me informed of the process had fair pricing and did a really great job on the roof install. Their crew was efficient and thorough and didn't leave anything behind. I am extremely satisfied! Highly recommend!!

  From first to last, Collins Roofing did everything quickly and thoroughly. The actual roofing was finished in one day. They came back the next day to do the most thorough clean up that I have ever experienced with any company. After the job was finished, I called to ask about a couple of things. They were very responsive. Will and Ben are so helpful and patient. I have recommended this company to everyone I know who might be needing a new roof and am happy to have this opportunity to reach a wider audience with my praise for this company.

  Excellent company to work with. They do things the right way. Ashley was excellent to work with, answering all of the questions I had and very thorough with addressing and listening to exactly what I wanted out of this project. I highly recommend working with Collins roofing!

  Great company to work with. Not only handled new roof but also arranged for siding replacement, window wrapping, new awning and new guttering. Kept me informed about each item and when work would start. Would totally recommend Collins Roofing. They also worked with insurance adjuster so things went smoothly.
