  I was completely ghosted. I submitted a quote request for windows, and Coldstream Exteriors sent someone out to take pictures and measurements. He said they would send me a quote in a day or two. They did not. Days later I tried emailing to let them know. No response. It has been weeks. I've called. No answer. I can't imagine how anyone gets anywhere with a company like this, or why they would want to try.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Coldstream. I needed to fix a tricky gutter situation and Tyler inspected and delivered a solution to try, saving us time and money! I was surprised that while doing the work, they deemed one of the planned downspouts weren't needed and deducted that from our bill rather than still installing it and charging us. He was extremely accessible and remained in contact during the entire project. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

  Tyler was great. He replaced our roof and 2 large skylights. Everything was completed on time and as promised. We experienced a small leak in one of the skylights but Tyler had someone fixing it within hours of my call to him. One month later, all is good. Would definitely recommend Coldstream Exteriors.
