  Had a team come replace my roof in just one day. Andy was my project manager and he was always super responsive. Roof looks great and their quote was the lowest out of the 3 quotes I received.

  We are very pleased with our new roof. Ricky, who provided the free estimate, also managed the project from scheduling to final review of the project. We were really relieved when our estimate from Coldstream was the lowest of the ones we received, because we were the most comfortable and confident with this company. Ricky communicated effectively and quickly via text. The crew was friendly and efficient and took special care to protect the landscaping and garden ornaments around the house. I also liked that in addition to a sample of the asphalt tiles, we were provided a link to online software that showed us what the house would look like with the various color choices. The final result looked exactly like the AI picture.

  This is my fourth project with Coldstream Exteriors and Ricky (Project Manager). My first three projects (Roof/Siding/Gutters) went wonderful about a year ago. The teams were professional, tidy, efficient, and afterwards, not a mess in sight. The roof in particular really makes my house stand out and and I couldn't be happier. For my fourth project, I am matching color on my eaves to that of my room and gutters and I will be wrapping my front door (also to match color) and it was a no-brainer to go with Ricky and Coldstream. He worked with me on price (very helpful), and I couldn't be more excited to see how it turns out. I am quickly turning a nearly 60-year-old home into a brand new home on the exterior. Very appreciative of the extent that Ricky is working with me to accommodate my asks and he is elite with his customer service. Thank your Ricky/Coldstream!

  We had extensive hail damage to our house. Brian and the Coldstream team worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get us a new roof, gutters, downspout, fascia, window trim, and garage doors. All for just our deductible plus the upgrades we decided to get done at the same time. They were so helpful, we could never have done any of this without them. We had no idea where to even start. Coldstream kept us well informed of what was going on each step of the way. It was so nice to work with one company that could take care of all of the exterior work we needed done. Everything they did was done with excellence! I will definitely recommended them to family, friends, and anyone needing work done, not just for insurance claims but any exterior work needing to be done. This is a to notch company.
