I wouldn't give 1 star if it wasn't required to leave a review. How do you stay in business if you can't return a call. Bad customer service!

This company and their roofing crew is absolutely the best and most organized I have ever seen. I have multiple properties and have had lots of work done, but I’ve never been this impressed with the quality and attention to detail that they have shown from the beginning to the end. Their price was not the cheapest but neither was it the most expensive. Very fair. Would hesitate to use anybody else in the future.

I want to give a big thank you to Cochran Brothers Roofing for the outstanding job they did on my new roof. From the initial bidding and estimate phase to the final completion of the project, their communication and customer service were top-notch. The crew that came out to do the work was not only professional and efficient, but they also made sure to pick up and clean up everything each day, and also after the job was done. They were polite, friendly, and completed the entire project in under two full days. The pricing was very fair, and honestly, it was lower than several other estimates I received. I just wanted to share my great experience because they truly are a five-star team! Highly recommended. Thank you for a job well done!

Wow!! So impressed with Cochran Roofing. Needed roof replacement due to Hurricane Milton. Ryan Cochran was the first and only roofing company to call me back He came out next day, gave fair price, work was completed when promised, workers were kind, respectful and was told by one of the workers that he has worked for Cochran Roofing for 14 years and that Mr. Cochran was the best boss ever. Come to find out most all of his workers have been with Cochran a very long time. I was amazed at only 1.5 days of work to complete a whole new roof and I had nothing to clean up, you would not even know so much work had been done, that's how wonderful and quick the roof replacement and clean up was. 5 stars is not enough. Truly amazing!! Thank you all for your hard work!!

We have 2 houses in Sebring Florida. We had Cochran Brothers roof one of them and we're extremely impressed. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. When they left they cleaned up as they walked out. I found no nails in my yard at all. They did a quality job and we've had no problems whatsoever. Their prices were very competitive. We liked the job they did so well we had them roof our other house. This was a couple of years later. Once again we got excellent service and pricing. We wholeheartedly recommend them with no reservations at all.

We were so pleased with the response from Cochran Brothers. Our quote was received within days of Hurricane Milton & our new roof was completed on Oct 20th !!! We had used them on a previous property we owned & we knew if we ever needed roof repairs or replacement, they would be the first company we called. 10+ stars !!!

We had gotten several quotes for a bunch of roofers but we went with Cochran because they're local, very friendly, and have a great track record. We had to wait for our solar panels to be taken off before work could start, and they started work the next day. They showed up right on time (a little early, actually!), extremely friendly, and were done within two days. Cleaned up after themselves to the point where you wouldn't have guessed there was a whole crew of people there working. I highly, highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace their roof. You can't go wrong with them!
