Seth was super helpful when I reached out for help about a roof inspection for a home I am purchasing. As a first time buyer I wanted to cover my bases. He was patient and helped give me his opinion on the roof. Looking forward to keeping Coastal Roofworks and Seth in mind for any future needs!

This is absolutely THE BEST roofing company in the coastal empire area in my opinion. Seth and Jeff are the best. They always call me back promptly and stay in constant communication with me through the entire project. I have used them on both commercial and residential roof jobs. Do not look any further than Coastal Roofworks if you need a roof!!!

Calvin, we really appreciate you sharing the details about your experience. Robert and Anniston's work speaks for itself, and it's clear they showed up on time, communicated well, and got the job done right. That's the standard we've held since 2006, and knowing it landed that way for you means everything. If a roof issue comes up down the road, you know exactly who to call.

Thank you for being Honest and getting the work done quickly. They could have pushed a new roof but gave an honest assessment and recommendations for repairs and maintenance. It was a 1/3 of the cost. Metal roof, 3 stories up, well worth the cost.

my roof doesn’t leak! responsive company!

Bradley, we're so glad we could get your roof sorted quickly and give you peace of mind. That's what matters most to us here in Savannah. Thanks for trusting us with your home and for taking the time to share your experience. We're here whenever you need us, and we'd be honored to help your neighbors too if they're looking for someone they can count on.

Roof penetrations cause 80 percent of residential leaks, and most homebuyers don't catch them until water damage appears. If you're considering metal roofing in Richmond Hill or need to repair existing roof penetrations, the details matter more than you think. Vent stacks, pipe boots, skylights, HVAC curbs: these look fine from the driveway, but sealants around them have a finite life, especially in Richmond Hill's heat and humidity. If your inspection flagged any of these items, don't wait. At Coastal Roofworks, we're a Hydro Stop Certified Applicator and were the number one volume Hydro Stop applicator in the Southeast last year. That experience means we understand exactly how moisture moves through a roof assembly and where it finds openings when penetrations aren't properly maintained. We also use infrared cameras and moisture meters for forensic leak detection, so we catch hidden moisture intrusion that standard inspections miss. For new homeowners trying to understand what that inspection report actually means for your budget and timeline, you get a clear, honest picture instead of guesswork. We've been serving Savannah and Richmond Hill since 2006, and we're proud to be a GAF Certified Commercial Contractor. Schedule your roof assessment today and make sure your home's roof is protecting you the way it should.9 hours agoCall now
