I don't know anything about the quality of their work but if they treat their customers the way they drive their vehicles I would never call them for anything .

  Reply from the business

A better way to go about it would be to call our office and talk to us about it before leaving a negative review on a business page

Coastal Roofing and Restoration did work for us in October 2024. We spent a considerable amount of money fixing a leak in a place of business. The work is to be under warranty for one year. We are still experiencing leaking in the ceiling tiles. We have contacted them about once every other week for the last 7 months with no response, if they do respond it leads to nowhere. Extremely unprofessional, and unresponsive, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

About 2 years ago Coastal Roofing put a new roof on my house. They did a great job and there were no more leaks. 2 weeks ago we had a bad storm and my roof started leaking. I immediately called Fred at Coastal Roofing. He promised to be out that day to check on it. He did not show up. I have placed numerous texts and voice mails to no avail. Fred didn't reply. I am very disappointed in his service. I have left a previous review of 5 stars. Now I have to amend the review to 1 star due to Fred's poor customer service.

We needed some repair work but not a new roof this year. Fred came without delay and examined our roof and WITHOUT a hard sale for a new roof told us what repairs were needed and sent us a fair estimate/repair quote. Once we accepted Fred’s crew came the same week and did repair work in a professional manner. We would recommend Fred McBride’a COASTAL ROOFING & RESTORATION without hesitation.

I highly recommended Coastal Roofing. They were very professional, did an excellent job removing two layers of shingles and putting the new one on and was right in line with the quote. Thanks again to Fred and his crew

Got 3 estimates to replace my 23 year old roof atop my 2,300 sq ft home. Coastal was the lowest, all factors considered. I coordinated details with Fred and waited a few weeks in the queue. They set up starting around 8:00 AM on a Monday …

Got multiple quotes and Fred’s was very competitive. He got us on the schedule ASAP and knocked it out! Since then I’ve sent him to multiple family and friends that have also gotten work done and everyone was extremely happy! Very thorough and kept us in the loop!

I just recently check on rental property that I had done back in February by Coastal Roofing. Honestly should of left review beforehand for 5 stars. But when driving into the neighborhood. At the entrance to my rental property. All the houses had shingles missing or tarps on top of them due to recent hurricane Helene. So naturally I was expecting the same by the time I got to my rental property. I was wrong, and the quality still looked the same from first day. Got on top of the roof and found no issues. Coastal roofing was referred to me by a good friend. My rental property is not as upscale as most of the houses and commercial property they do. So didn't know if I was going to get the same quality. But I got best quote from them and end of the day they treated my rental property as if it was a high end house. Totally do not regret getting them. Got great service, price, and product that stood up to 70+ mph winds throughout the whole night. No matter what you do. I would at the very least always get a quote from them, and highly consider them.
