Ryan and his team were incredible. I had severe leaking begin inside my house out of nowhere after a recent severe storm, and Ryan came within a couple hours to evaluate the roof. He temporarily patched one of the problem areas on the spot to get me through the weekend. After I expressed the urgency of getting it permanently repaired, he then shifted his schedule to squeeze me in within a few days. His team was extremely efficient and left my property very clean after they finished the job. Ryan provided photos during and after the repair which was greatly appreciated. My experience with Coastal Roofing and Construction was 5 stars start to finish, I would highly recommend them.

My neighbor recommended Coastal Roofing and Construction after I complimented the work done on their home, and I’m glad they did. I reached out to Ryan, who responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, and had a clear, detailed quote back to me within a day. The pricing was fair, and everything was outlined so there were no surprises. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Out of all the contractors I had hired for my house build, Coastal Roofing was by far 10/10. Communication, customer service, and completed project, I couldn’t ask for anything more! If you need any roofing needs 100% recommend!

The shingles are only one part of a home's roofing system. Proper residential roofing also depends on ventilation, insulation, flashing, underlayment, and drainage working together. During hot weather, poor attic ventilation can allow excessive heat to build up beneath the roof, while inadequate moisture control can contribute to condensation and deterioration of structural materials. Coastal Roofing & Construction LLC considers these factors when evaluating residential roofing conditions. Homeowners may notice warning signs such as unusually hot attic spaces, damp insulation, musty odors, or rooms that remain difficult to cool. Ridge and soffit ventilation should be balanced so air can move through the attic as intended. Simply adding a vent without addressing intake and exhaust can fail to solve the underlying problem. Roof design should also account for how rainwater moves across the surface and toward gutters. A properly designed residential roofing system protects the house from outside weather while helping manage the conditions underneath the roof. Sometimes the most important roofing improvements are the components homeowners never see.3 days agoCall now
