  Fairly disappointed with this business as it was recommended to us for roof cleaning. My husband and I emailed them/filled out their website form separately and waited for a response. It’s been a couple of weeks and neither of us have heard back.

  We tried calling and emailing these guys for over a month. They didn't have the courtesy of returning our call. We ended up using another service provider

  Hi Sarah, We are sorry for your inconvenience, but we do not have any email from you. We do have plenty (22 emails between us) in February through March 2020 when we did your roof inspection and advised on any issues. We also have your request for a roof cleaning quote from then which you said was too high and that you would get the contractors to clean up. Then again in the end of March when you said we would need to repair the roof after the contractors were done pulling the metal pole from your roof - as well as the issues with the one-piece, enclosed gutters - which we had advised in-person that we do not do repairs. As mentioned, unfortunately at the end of last year we have no emails from you and our voicemail directed all calls to send an email or use our online quote form as we have been running just one crew last year and had no one staffing the phone regularly. We are happy someone was able to help you out.

  Hi Martin, We are sorry for your experience. Unfortunately we have had more than typical amounts of rain and wind this summer that has put us behind schedule, something that we cannot control. We did not want to cancel but simply needed to reschedule. We are beginning a strata project that did not originally conflict with your booking as it was booked in advance (last November). As we had said we would have been able to do it after that 12 day stretch. We do apologize but the rain, among other things, does affect our schedule at times and if we had an option to make yours work that day we certainly would have. When we spoke with your wife this is exactly what we told her, and that it could be done after the strata but we would have to move to after that block of time because of schedule changes. We did mention that another company may be able to get it done sooner and absolutely suggested that so it did not interfere with your painting plans. We do not like sending work out but if it was our problem of not being able to make your day work, we would rather you be able to maintain your schedule than have us prolong your other work just for us to hold on to the job, just to keep the money. Again we do apologize that this upset you and we understand schedule changes are very problematic when you have other work being done. As we said, we are happy someone else was able to help and our need to change plans was not due to your job being small potatoes; residential is 90% of our business and every job is just as just as important to us. We are happy that it was sorted for you and again it truly was not an attempt to offend you or feel that your job wasn’t important to us, merely that we wanted to make sure it was done on time so we didn’t interfere with your painting works.   Just wanted to write another recommendation for using Coastal Roofing Cleaning; we used them for a second time now, the first was two years ago. We messaged them on Wednesday as we were looking to have our house gutters (interior & exterior) done, they messaged back within a few hours that they were actually in our city and could do it that day! Unfortunately we weren’t expecting that, and had other plans for the day, so declined that option. They said they’d message us when they were out our way again, we received a message on Friday that they could come on Monday, perfect! I asked them what time we could expect them, they replied with a time. I did receive an email on Monday that they would be an hour or so later than expected…it was nice to be informed and not wondering. Mike and Rob came and did a great job again. Our gutters are clean inside and out and they cleaned up the debris in our yard from the cleaning with accuracy. We couldn’t be more pleased, and will use them again down the road. We have no hesitation in recommending them for your house chore needs. Thanks again guys!

  Rob and Mike did a fantastic job of cleaning our roof. I am very happy with the results. Our roof was full of moss and they came in and did their thing! Communication and scheduling were easy. When I had questions, they gave me prompt and thorough explanations, which I appreciated. I will be using them again, and I would recommend their services to anyone!

  Coastal Roof Cleaning Experts truly exceeded my expectations, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating from me. The online booking process was a breeze, and I was immediately informed of the scheduled job, including the exact arrival time. Unlike other services that often run late, they were punctual and thoroughly explained the manufacturer-recommended roof cleaning process. The work was completed efficiently, and I was so impressed that I signed up for their bi-annual gutter maintenance and biennial roof cleaning. Highly recommend for their professionalism and reliability!

  I highly recommend Coastal Roof. These guys go the extra mile. It's rare to find people who actually care so much about getting the job done right and provide this type of high quality customer service. I've used them the last 3 times and will continue doing so in the future.
