  i can tell this companys value just from how they are driving on the road. your truck Licence plate #RV538 was literally weaving around the road cutting people off easily hitting 150-160km/h. Literally cut me off where i had to weave to avoid your car.

  Roof leaks to two homes under 10 yrs. Contact was made several ways and times. Do not recommend as they did nothing to assist.

  This company did some work on my leaky roof. They charged me a pile of money so I made sure I got a warranty for the work. The first wet season after their work and my roof leaked. I called the several times to let them know and they said they would put it in the schedule and come out but they never did. This company does not stand behind their work.

  This is a customer service issue and unfortunately I didn't have the time to be running after these guys as they ran as fast as they could away from the customer. Careful once you pay these guys, you will never hear from them again if any issues arise. My parents needed some minor updates done to their tar and gravel roof. No leaks to fix but a few things needed updating to get a little more life out of it. All seemed good when Wally showed up and did an assessment. Working with any roof without replacing the entire roof has its risks, I get it. That said, after their work my parents are out 8K with water pouring through the door jam to the bathroom entrance making it a dangerous situation especially for elderly parents. They did come back and found an area they thought looked like they missed. It unfortunately didn't mitigate the incoming water. I sent emails and the last reply was that Wally the owner would get back to me. Nothing. I ended up tarping the roof (in photo) until I can get another company to come. Great marketing online and they did a decent job adding the new drain spouts but when it comes to customer service this business feels like a fly by night. Be aware.

  Had another drainage company come and they showed how Burrard had incorrectly graded (horribly so) the drainage pipe in my backyard. Now dirt and debris is backing it up. I paid over $10k for the work that had been done. Would never recommend them.

  Sadly I won't be working with Burrard Roofing again. In the past I had positive experiences with them, but this year I had a stressful and drawn-out experience that completely changed my perspective. It took months of back and forth to finalize a quote for a pretty basic roof and siding repair job, and then I had to repeatedly remind and pester them to schedule the job. Once we scheduled it, there were constant delays, individuals who didn't show up, and unprofessional behaviour when they did. My neighbours reported loud arguing during the repairs, and lots of debris and trash was left behind. I even had to point out an aspect of the job that they forgot to do and had to return to complete. I am happy with the repair job itself, Burrard does good quality roofing repairs; however, the overall experience was really impaired by the unprofessional and inconsistent communication.

  We have been promised a perimeter drain cleaning for the past 2 months. They're quick to respond when repairing perimeter drains in the tens of thousands of dollars work but when a cleanout (recommended by them) is due - no response to any communication. Gary was supposed to call and make an appointment. I have left a voicemail as has my wife and no response at all. I would NEVER recommend this company as their word cannot be trusted.

  Hi Michael, I'm sorry that you feel that way, but in fairness to our company, we are in a pandemic. I originally spoke to your wife on Sep08, 2020 and said we will be out in a month or so due to the pandemic. You called on Nov06, 2020 asking when we coming out to do your free hydro flush. Since the hydro flushing is a FREE service to our customers at no additional cost, the customer has to be patient as we try to get to the free service as quickly as we can. Regardless, we performed the FREE hydro flush service on Nov17th, 2020.

  I called Wally for getting a new roof and he came over for a look. Dozens of phone calls and a month later I still have not received a quote. Wally said he was waiting for the satellite measurement etc. Meanwhile I was waiting and calling frustrated like pushing on a string. Finally I went with someone else. It is not the cheapest roof I am getting maybe the job is too hard for them and they want easier quicker money.

  I called in Dec,25 as had a roof leak and Burrard had a crew out quickly and tarped the area to keep us dry over Christmas which was vey much appreciated. Subsequently after getting quotes form 3 other companies we chose Burrard to do our new roof which we needed. Once we had a weather window they did our roof in 3 days including a short day due to snow. They were prompt and did a great job. Great communication with Cody with almost instant response time even on weekends prior to the job start. Very happy with the result.

  We decided to go with Burrard Roofing because our neighbour (2nd owner) had such a good experience with them when they came to fix a roof problem. It shows that the co is reputable and they stand by their work code. When we contacted Burrard Roofing for our roof replacement, we met Cody (sales rep) who was friendly, helpful and professional, provided a detailed breakdown of products for us to consider.   Burrard Roofing were here last week. I found Cody and his team very professional. Work was done on the roof and the installation of 2 skylights plus cleanup was completed on time. I would recommend Burrard Roofing to anyone.

  Needed to replace a part of our roof. Burrard Roofing was recommended to us by a friend. Wally responded immediately, assessed what had to be done, gave us a reasonable estimate and, a week later, his excellent crew, headed by Tien, did the work. So far so good and we trust it will last. If you need a roof repaired or replaced, you can trust Burrard roofing.

  I have to give them 10 stars actually ! The roof was done in two days. The four man crew was very respectful of the house and property, cleanup was very good. Price was very competitive and Cody's communication skills were top notch. Yes feel confident that you will be happy with a new roof from Burrard !

  From estimates to timeliness to cleanup Burrard Roofing was great. The crew worked hard, communication was very good. We would highly recommend Burrard Roofing to anyone looking for a super experience. Cody Chapman was very reliable, honest and punctual as the project manager.

  They came for free inspection same day I called and didn't try to oversell me and offered ideas on either DIY fixes or their minimum service fee to fix. Was refreshing to have no pressure and free assessment.

  I called Burrard Roofing for a leak. Spoke with Cody who took my call and Chris who worked on my roof. Both were easy to work with and did a great job of explaining the issue causing the leak and the work that was done to repair it. Cody followed up after to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Overall very happy with the service and I will definitely be contacting Burrard Roofing for any future work I need done!

  We had discovered our roof was leaking and called the original installer (Penfolds) to see what could be done. The roof that was installed was a concrete tile rated for 50 years and it is now 25 years old. I was told nothing could be done and it needed to be replaced. I asked for a quote to do this and never received one. Not happy with that answer I reached out to a few local businesses for their thoughts on repairing and what the cost would be. Cody at Burrard Roofing responded the next day. He was confident it could be repaired and has done a few of these, and his quote was very reasonable. The two roofers Chris and Elliot were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did they make the necessary repairs but also cleaned the entire roof. I waited to write this review as I wanted to confirm the repair with the next significant rainfall which occurred on November 4th. It is fixed!!! Thank you Burrard Roofing and your team! Great job

  Excellent experience from start to finish! Called about a leak in my Tar & Gravel roof and Wally the owner showed up the same day to have a look and get me a quote. In the meantime, he even sent over his crew to put a temporary tarp over the leak the same afternoon until they could install a new roof. Their price was very fair and I had others in the industry vouch for their work as references. Once I gave them the go ahead they showed up the next dry day (a week later) to start the work . Their crew of about 8 finished the bulk of the reroofing in one day and finished the final flashing trim the following day. They took away all of the old parts of the old roof and left everything cleaner than before. Their entire team and subcontractors were all super friendly, honest, professional and communicative. Wally the owner came by regularly throughout the project to make sure everything was going well and even did a final inspection at the end. Michelin Star Customer Service. They are Worksafe registered and took all safety measures. Such a refreshing, pleasant and seamless experience 👏. We’re going to have them back in the spring to do our deck. No hesitations recommending these guys! Joey D.
